Met up here with a bunch of friends to watch the Cyclones football game. Food was pretty decent but the fries were delicious and the wings were outstanding! Pretty standard restaurant/bar atmosphere â and we all had a really good time.
We came here on Sunday morning and tried the breakfast buffet. It was ok. It has the basics. See pics. Some breakfast potatoes(they had some seasoning I didnât care for), scrambled eggs, thick cut(but flavorless) bacon(cooked perfectly), sausage patties, an omelet bar(very good) limited pastries, cold cereal, oatmeal, make your own waffles like at hotel breakfasts, and various fruits, juices and coffee, for $12.50 for adults. We probably will go back someday. We also had a caramel pecan French toast in the group and that was good as well. Family friendly. Friendly staff. Clean. Lot parking. Today we went with 8 people total and sat at a high top in the bar. Rachel was our server and she did a great job. Wonderful bloody Maryâs.! My only suggestion is a shorter wider glass. Everyone loved their food. Perfect size portions. My Salmon BLTA was probably the best wrap I have ever had. We were in visiting for a soccer tournament and were very pleased with food and service!

Usually, I love Jethroâs. The staff was wonderful. Good prices. Clean. Family friendly. Lot parking. The problem with my last dining experience was that the ribs werenât quite up to my expectation. Iâm used to fall-off-the-rib ones. And these werenât, nor did they have the taste that most of their meats excel at. And thatâs ok. Itâs just my opinion and preferences on this one thing. You might be the type who likes to chew the meat off the bone. Not me. Once I got used to FallOffTheBone ribs, I donât want to go back. CyHawkApproved. MarcyâsDinerTantrumScale 5/5- NoScreamingKids.

I went there several times in December to celebrate my birthday and for Christmas eve with friends. Both times I had fantastic mixed drinks. I enjoyed my burger very much. Definitely worth a stop.

My husband organize me a welcome party with friends, the service was very good. The place wasn't smelling clean. We went there many time and never had that problem before. We love their boneless wings, but every time we go are different, last two times weren't good. They should have more variety of cocktails. Their food menu is very good. Thanks for leaving your honest feedback. We'll pass it along so we can continue to improve. We hope you'll come back and see us again soon!

This place has the best burgers and hot dogs. My favorite burger is the Ghost Pepper Cheeseburger. If you like spicy then you will love this burger. The Chicago Dog is awesome too. My wife always substitutes her burger with "The Impossible Burger patty" which is very tasty for not actually being meat.

My wife, daughter and I had dinner here. After a busy Saturday we were hungry and ready for a dinner. At 5:15 pm, we were still able to get a great seat. The beer selection was plentiful but not over whelming. The beers were priced fairly. We all selected one of the great burgers. All came with some of their great and tasty in-restaurant fries. We enjoyed the home made bun. Each hamburger was unique and very flavorful. After eating the meal and having a beer, we had no room for dessert. The wait staff was very attentive to our every needs. We sat in rear of the restaurant and had a great view of the room. Nice place within walking distance of the Iowa state campus in Ames.
