Reviews on Pizza food in Liapades, Ionian Islands, Greece. Liapades (Greek: Λιαπάδες) is a medium-sized village located on the northwest side of Corfu, 4 km (2 miles) away from Palaiokastritsa. It has a quiet, agriculture-based economy during the winter. In the summer, the local industry mostly relies on the tourist trade, although the place is by no means mainstream. Liapades is situated on the sides of Kourkouli mountain, and spread right up to the North Valley (Πάνω Λιβάδι in Greek).

"Food, in the end, in our own tradition, is something holy. It's not about nutrients and calories. It's about sharing. It's about honesty. It's about identity". Mediteraneo, former Astacos, has been and will remain in our hearts as the family restaurant w
Stopped here and had Pizza, calzone and homemade pasta. All handmade and absolutely lovely. Waitress was helpful and friendly. Lovely view of the beach. Came back again a second time as it was so good! Highly recommend.

Great pizza, good service, very small place could do with more tables! They do takeaways as well! The place is always full which is a good sign! Portions for the pasta dishes are very generous! Very good price as Well! Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely restaurant right on the sea front. Portions are really generous. The grilled red peppers with feta starter is amazing. Simple food but fantastic freshness and flavours. The moussaka was not heavy, but subtle flavours and fresh, some moussaka's can be too filling, but this was just enough. Still a good slab on the plate though. My partner had the soffrito, it was amazing and again a overly generous portion. Tender beef in a garlic sauce, a Corfu tradition. Lots of local only dishes, a grilled cheese starter was good as well. If your in the area, worth a visit and wear an elasticated waistband!!

We were recommended here by a local & I'm so glad we were. The outside seating area has a lovely atmosphere and is very comfortable. The food was very tasty and I'm only disappointed we wasted other meals trying different restaurants as I would have liked to try more on the menu. We had the cheese saganaki to start and I ordered the Sofrito for main while my friend ordered the mixed souvlaki. All dishes were fabulous and not to be missed. Price wise was similar to other restaurants in the area and I felt good value for the quality and portion sizes.
