We came to this restaurant only because of the 1st place in Sami according to TA. But comparing to other places in the town which we visited during three weeks Deco isn't above the middle, probably even below. Service was not attentive. We waited for menu and wine cards for 10 min and another 10 to make an order. One dish was good - blue cheese salad. Aubergine salad was nice also. However we had to ask for a bread separately though it should come with such salad by default, as well as lemon should come with octopus by default. But in this place it doesn't come also. In addition Octopus was overgrilled. Prawns saganaki contained ...just three prawns and cost 9 euro...see picture. Moussaka was nice also. The bill is above average for Sami. We would never return to this restaurant(

We had lunch here after swimming at the neighboring beach. The food, the location, the service is fantastic. Very highly recommended.

Because we stayed in Sami we was at Contessina for three times.We choose it mainly because was the only tavern in Sami that we found with live traditional Greek music. They have live performances twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).The food is good, the waiters are helpful and friendly and the prices are like the most other restaurants in Sami.Regarding the music we have to say that the band is very good and the bouzouki player has also a nice voice. The problem is with the local singer which is great in pictures and videos looking like and old tall ship captain but his voice had for sure better years before. Any how he seems to know very well to heat up the atmosphere so the tourists can overlook most of the faulty musical notes.

We can't upon Riva while wandering along the seafront looking for dinner. They tend to do more snack and sandwiches, so not what we were looking for, but were very happy to direct us to another place that sold the food we were looking for. We decided that would come back for our dessert after having dinner the place they recommended. We were definitely not disappointed! I had the chocolate soufflé, and my boyfriend has the chocolate brownie. Both were amazing! And I would definitely recommend the soufflé if you like chocolate as much as I do!Lovely, friendly people that are happy to chat and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
