La Vista Restaurant has a beautiful location, next to central square in Gaios. The restaurant serves quality dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
All in all an ok place, average. Quality of food here is sub par other places we have explored in the area. Itâs definitely a spot popular with tourists who come off the boats - handy for that purpose. Bread was dry, half the calamari must have escaped the net as the portion was humble, they didnât have various items from the menu, including any of the desserts. A friendly waitress. To note: this is a cash only place, luckily we had some cash on us otherwise weâd be swimming it back to the mainland.

We visited Paxos and Antipaxos some years ago. We loved it so much that when we came back to Corfu we decided to visit it again. They still are lovely places to see but be warned you will be herded onto a large boat like cattle with so many other people there will be nowhere for you to sit. Then the boat takes you to another port when even more people are crammed on board! When you arrive at the lovely crystal clear waters for a nice cool swim there will be many other large boats ... all with just as many people looking as unhappy as you do! There were that many people in the water there was no room to even swim a couple of strokes! And only half the ones who wanted to swim could get in. We went with Corfu Cruises. The food was ok and so were the drinks when the barman was actually there as he went for a smoke inbetween serving each customer! So on the whole....Yes these are two beautiful islands and worth a look if you can afford to hire a private boat!

We had:- 2 white martinies: Tiny (for the price) and served without grace 2/5- 1 octopus apeticier: I could be wrong but it tasted and looked like canned brine octopus. 1/5- 1 Squid: We ordered it parsil and garlic but it came stuffed with rice instead. The squid was okish (a tad too chewy) but the worst part was the awful, inexplicable, rice stuffing. Any three delights frozen rice you cook at home will taste better than this one. 2/5- Meatballs in red sauce: Finally a hit. Delicious and accuratelly priced, I wish we would had just 3 rations of this. 4.5/5All in all just a very expensive meal related to the quality received. Uninspired staff. Great red sauce though.

I am surprised this Taverna has not been reviewed before as it is long established, always full and really good value. It is located in a small side street just behind the harbour road, next to Lisa's Place and the Harbour Lights Bar. It is a traditional
Alexandros has now handed over to his daughter but still sits proudly near the kitchen. His daughter and grandson now provide the majority of the service which involves the traditional Greek tradition of showing customers into the kitchen and explaining all the food which has been freshly cooked that day.I visited 4 times during a recent holiday and enjoyed every meal especially stuffed tomatoes, lamb klefticko and chicken in lemon and garlic.

Genesis Restaurant is located on the seafront of Gaios with beautiful and unique views. We offer Traditional Greek & Fresh Seafood cuisine in a warm, friendly & relaxed environment. Come and see for yourself!!
If you are looking for something extra this is a good choice.Lovely setting overlooking the southern entrance into Gaios. Good service, friendly people. Our second time here, the first was 3 years ago.Really glad we returned. Lovely food. She had sea bass risotto, I had lamb keflika. Thankfully no French fries served!Cost is a bit more, but still cheap as. Their house wine very good, esp the red.

Seven of using a family group stayed above Lakka at Villa Nefeli recently. We visited Stations twice as the staff were delightful and it seemed to be where the Locals were most likely to go. The restaurant is mostly situated in a walled garden and is very atmospheric. We recommend the Moussaka, the Tuna as well as the Risotto. I also had a Veal Steak which was delicious. The complementary Limincello at the end of the meal also went down well !

The restaurant owner is everything! Not much to fault regarding food and the service. Massive menu that changes every night which is the uniqueness of this place. After an entertaining trip to his kitchen you choose your desired meal. Almost Everything is up to you as to how you get your food. A perfect evening!

We visited this lovely restaurant twice. It was by far the most delicious food we had in Lakka. Paximadi salad, fava, mussels saganaki are to die for. The stuff are so kind. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Lakka.

Great food, a little pricey, surprised at the modern dining area at the back. Lovely waitress service. On a windy cool night my wife said that it would have been nice to have had some shawls on offer to put around her shoulders as we werenât expecting that the evenings weather inclement. Also for the price that we were paying it would have been nice to have linen napkins rather than paper which just kept blowing away in the wind! It would have been five stars otherwise.Great Quinoa and smoked salmon salad and Tuna tartare starters. In fact the starters were so good, that we would have liked to have had some more for our main courses..
