We used this beach taverna on a number of occasions during the day. With temperatures With temperatures in the upper thirties, this was definitely a 'cool oasis' a short distance from the taverna's sunbeds. Only downside was customer or not, a charge of 7.50 euros was made for their use, with no discount offered. Always very popular, the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. as mentioned by another reviewer, I too had one of their special omelettes and it was superb. So apart from no discounts on offer would definitely recommend a visit. A great place to watch the evening sunset too.

Our restaurant offers panoramic view of the St. George bay serving Greek specialities and coffees from early morning until midnight.
Typical menu much like all tavernas in the area. Prices reasonable considering the outstanding hill-top location.

Try the exceptional facilities and traditional flavours of Corfu. All our products are self cultivated or bought in addition from local farmers. Also our extra virgin olive oil is biological and self-produced. The chef's secrets are premium ingredients wi
We had breakfast here on our last day and we wish we'd gone sooner! The best breakfast we had by far! I had Greek yoghurt, honey, muesli and honey, my partner had oven baked eggs and bacon. We both paid extra for freshly squeezed juice and it looked and tasted amazing! Right on the beach front too :) Take a trip!

Had seen reviews for this taverna but didn't realise where it was. Saw the sign whilst walking to another restraurant and decided to give it a try. When we arrived we chose a seat outside but unfortunately the constant lightening and worsening weather meant we made a hasty retreat inside.Lovely choice of food, everything we ordered was lovely, the moussaka one the best I have had.The power went off towards the end of our visit and the staff quickly lit candles which in a way added to our experience. It was still raining when it was time to leave, we were staying at Terezas up the hill , about as far away from the restaurant as you could get! No problem at all, one of the lovely staff drove us up the hill! Amazing food, great service and value for money and certainly went the extra mile We will certainly be back on our next visit to Corfu

Chose to eat here on Greek night & thoroughly enjoyed it. Food is great, as is the location & service all at a very reasonable price. Definitely a night to remember.

We have recently returned from a fortnight's holiday in Arrillas. We tried a number of different Taverna's but none of the others made us feel half as welcome as Athina.Spiros, Costas, "The Boss ;-) " and the team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All the food is cooked fresh so you may need to wait longer than you would at other Taverna's but it is worth the wait. There were four people in our party, myself, my wife and two teenage boys and we all enjoyed every meal we had there. So much so, that for the last few days we didnt bother trying anywhere else!!Thank you very much !!! See you soon and greetings to the family from us xx

We had a lovely meal here we both opted for the set menu. My husband had stuffed peppers and swordfish and orange cake. I had stuffed vine leaves and a Corfu chicken dish.My husbands swordfish was huge and looked lovely. My chicken dish was very tasty too but what made the night was the orange cake, it was so lovely and very traditionally greek lovely way to dismiss the meal. The location and decor is very nice here, vibes flowers and material table cloth, beautiful setting. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

We were excited to go to Fantsea and had made a reservation based on all the raving reviews. Unfortunately our experience was not so positive. The setting outside is nice and the view stunning. The food was very poor though. The fried calamari came without any sauce or lemon and therefore was quite dry. I asked the steak to be cooked medium and with peppersauce on the side, however it was very overcooked, beyond well done and was almost floating in sauce when it arrived. The lamb chops were also very dry and overcooked (thatâs the Greek way according to the waiter). The salad did not taste crispy or fresh (except for the onions) and the fries soggy. The person who served us asked us after the meal if everything had been good and in a friendly manner we gave him our feedback. He told us we should have complained immediately and he would have replaced any dishes not to our liking. He has a point, that is what we should have done. To end on a positive note our two youngest kids loved the spaghetti carbonara.

We visited twice whilst staying locally and both times had excellent food with fantastic service. The waitress even remembered what drinks we would like on our second visit. The menu had a lot of choice and all the food we had was delicious. The prices were very reasonable for what we had and we would definitely go back.
