This is lovely Italian restaurant with first class service, very good decor and very tasty Italian food. We will be back as the 3 courses were all good.

Stopped for lunch while on holiday and were very happy. Good traditional Scots food plus selection of burgers etc. Homely rather than fancy, with a cheery bustle and clearly popular with the locals. Very elderly relative enjoyed some nice lentil soup while others had chilli cheese burger and pulled pork burger, finished with good coffee and tasty chocolate piece. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be back when in the vicinity.

My mum had soup and a toastie (cheese and tomato)and I had a salad. Both meals were very good but I felt a lunch price of couple pence shy of £25 was expensive. Been here lots and don't recall it being that expensive.

My third visit for food. The first time was excellent, but the second was a let down. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and returned for third time to eat. Wish I hadn't. I had 'steak' burger and chips. Honestly, how hard is it for a chef to make a decent handmade burger? What I was presented with was one of those 'smooth' burgers, clearly of a very cheap frozen variety with zero taste. The prices are not at all cheap and that coupled with poor tasting food means I won't be returning. It's a shame as the first time I ate there the chef clearly knew what he was doing with his own batter, but guess he's not allowed to use fresh ingredients now.
Great golf club though with a fantastic bar and staff.

Casual roadside restaurant and coffee shop, gift shop and ladies clothing boutique. Situated on the A96 between Inverurie and Huntly. Ample free parking. Tour groups welcome.
I've stopped off here on quite a few occasions for a coffee and a scone while travelling and I'm always delighted with the food and service. It’s a very pleasant cafe with a lovely shop attached, always good for a browse round.

We had a take away from Shahi Darbar for the first time tonight and we can’t wait to have our next! Excellent food and delivered earlier than expected. I have recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and they were extremely accommodating. They talked through my options on the phone and allergy information is clear on the take away menu. We made our order online to get the 10% discount and the website was excellent and gave me the option to type in my dietary requirements for each dish I selected. The restaurant then kindly phoned me to point out one of the sauce with the popadoms had dairy in it (it was for my partner anyway) and gave me extra of another sauce and clearly wrote on the tubs and boxes what had dairy in it. Very helpful and couldn’t have asked for more and the food was incredibly fast! Thank you!

I ordered food from here and was informed my order would take 45 minutes so we took are time travelling there. When we did arrive 45 minutes later it was a good five minutes until the very grumpy server acknowledged us and then a further twenty minutes until our food was ready. considering I had a further 15 minutes to travel home to a now very hungry and irritated family a true waiting time would have been appreciated. I will not be visiting again because of this!
