I am disgusted and appalled.... these people make ALLOT of money DAILY there is no reason they can not properly clean these rooms & their linen smfh ugh I’m calling the health department because these people aren’t even American they don’t care about us our health or our families & it absolutely shows! ?? Reviewed By robertmT8159VYPretty much my worst hotel experience ever. I chose it because I needed an overnight stop near LAX due to my rental car being unavailable. I really regret I chose the cheapest option, which at £100 a night, I thought can’t be too bad right? - big mistake. Location I walked from LAX, it’s only a mile or so but please don’t do that. There’s an underpass right next to the hotel with a lot of poor homeless, nobody bothered us but with my girlfriend and a big suitcase, My fault, but real stupid move. Service Staff are behind a security barrier and all guests are treated with suspicion and hostility. Environment Throughout there is a smell of dope. I understand this is a place that rehabs homeless people, which is fine but FYI the hotel has security 24/7 to control the residents. The rooms are poor quality and unclean. The worst bit.. We flew in to LA at 16:00hrs from the uk and stayed awake till 20:00hrs and finally crashed out for a sleep after 32hrs awake. 01:00hrs in the morning, Bang Bang Bang, a knock upon the door. A large security guard outside said ‘there’s a problem with your room you need to call reception’ and walked off. I called reception and a young woman said ‘yes there’s another couple here who have a booking for your room’, then a long pause.. I asked what that has to do with me and the woman said ‘I need to know who is in the room’ I explained who I was and asked if she knew what time it was. She didn’t like that at all and said if I have a problem she would be here in the morning first thing and slammed the phone down. In what world do you think it’s acceptable to wake people up in your, and have a rant at them because you messed up your bookings? Candid camera I thought for a minute Jeremy Beadle was going to jump out and say smile, but no. Absolutely awful place, please avoid it.

DO NOT STAY THERE , On the other hand , No " please do not disturb " sıgn in room, Cleaning (!) Staff disturb you any time.

Reviewed By stuartnewton73Great stay for the night as had a morning flight the next day. Provided a comfy room and spacious and great sleep for the night and early morning leave. Easy to find and so close to where you need to go around LAX. A must stop if you need to be close and great rates.

Per contro, le stanze sono piuttosto anguste ed odorano di chiuso, la moquette ha macchie inquietanti ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche di make up e piene di capelli che, però, ci sono state sostituite immediatamente con altre in buone condizioni. La zona non è delle migliori a causa del traffico e della presenza di barboni e parecchio degrado. Nel complesso può essere una soluzione accettabile per non più di una notte. Il prezzo totale è 85 dollari per la doppia. Troppi per quanto abbiamo ricevuto ma, evidentemente, pochi considerata la città in cui ci troviamo.

Reviewed By chocobanano75To start, They ask for all the guest's IDs, only if the main guest is a woman, they only asked for my ID, like any other hotel, possibly to discourage prostitutes from working there. Second, room had a king bed, two raggety pillows, towels that have been used so long they are stained and thin. Third, over-the-air antenna channels, the adult channel was a surprise (Interracial, channel 3.0 in case you're asking for a friend). In conclusion, Don't stay there.

Reviewed By clgyoyoThe location is not the best and we k ew that when booking close to the sofi stadium. The exterior is not kept clean and looks old. The amenities were not working and was missing like an ironing board. The room we got was non-smoking and smelled terrible. We had to make some coffee and keep the door open to relieve us from the smell.

A $5 nightmare caps the worst bed in the worst room imaginable
Reviewed By Randy SIn the 200+ hotels I have stayed in this year, this was my single worst experience. The solo manager take a $5 "key deposit" when you check in - must pay cash - and then refuses to return it at the end, first pretending to not know what you are talking about, then creating a series of laughable reasons why the deposit should not be refunded, then finally taking out the five dollars but leaving it on their side of the thick glass, talking. And talking and talking, waiting to see how long you will put up with this over $5. More importantly, the bed is AWFUL, the room is filthy, the door does not close and the internet does not work. Keep driving.
