Staymaker is a full-service restaurant attached to Journeyman Distillery. The restaurant houses Journeyman's second production facility and provides stunning views to diners of the towering copper still. Diners can venture right to the railings and look d
We saw this place last year but had already dined, and said we would come back. We were not disappointed. It's an old featherbone factory with much of the original wood and surroundings. Very cool with a whiskey brewery below called The Journeyman. Making plans to take our friends from out of town here.

My wife had cabbage soup and I had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were great. Neat place to eat. Weâll be back. We highly recommend that you stop here if youâre in the area.

Bob's 19th Hole has been serving great food to the Michiana area since 1976. We Strive to serve the best quality at the most reasonable price. If you have ever enjoyed our food, please tell others. If you haven't, please tell us!
We showed up about 6:30pm on a Monday evening, looking for an easy meal. The dining room was pretty full and there was just one waitress on in that section even though there were plenty of employees on premise. Delay in being greeted, rushed service, plates were not cleared away, average food for our family of four. Certainly not the Certificate of Excellence I expected.

Been go here when home forever. Food is better than most anywhere around, drinks very cheap but the smoke is horrible. They have no means to ventilate the smoke outside so it just hangs in the air. Its hard to get over. We only go during off hours and sit as far away as possible. Thankfully the locals all sit at the end by the doors so the other end is much better.

This place has changed names about 8 times.Have been here before but did not realize you could dine in the back along the lake. This is in an old dance hall built around 1916 I believe. Food was nothing special, just ok. I had the grilled chicken salad that said it came with goat cheese but it was pieces of cream cheese-weird. A friend had the Pollock that she said was good. The service was very good. It is worth it just for the building and the lake view. The South Shore train stops just outside (a whistle stop). There is also a bar with the lake view and a diner in the front of the building when you walk in.
Thanks to Trip Advisor, we tried this place for pizza. We didn't even know it was here!! It is a little hidden. You have to turn off of Michigan and come in the back entrance. We did not know where we were going and entered in the exit driveway off of Michigan. Well, luckily nobody was driving out! The place was bustling on a Saturday night and we were very pleased with the friendly service and delicious pizza. We used to go to Stevetty's for pizza and couldn't find anything close to that quality until now!!
love their fish fry and italian beef. bugers ok. drinks well priced. biggest down is this is a smoking bar so no kids and you will be surrounded by smokers. also service in the afternoon/nights is pretty bad and unfriendly. if you are a smoker you will like t here.

I am Irish and Scottish so after hearing good things from friends we had to try it. I ordered the Irish Egg Rolls appetizer, huge portion, a meal in itself, very good. I also ordered a cup of Irish Potato soup with a mashed potato scoop in the middle, amazing creamy cold weather comfort soup. I do NOT drink beer, never have, do not like the taste or smell, but I asked our server if I could have a small sample of the Guiness, I was surprised that I actually liked the taste, to me it had a kind of coffee, chocolate, creamy after taste, I wouldn't drink a whole pint but I liked the taste I had. I ordered the Brisket sandwich after our very friendly server Alexis told us they cook and smoke the beef brisket, ribs, etc... on-site. The brisket was perfectly cooked, firm but falling apart moist and tender. I can hardly wait to come back next week and try Shepherds Pie and Ribs. I highly recommend this Pub.
