Our onsite casual concept restaurant Burger Theory offers a variety of options that will leave our guests feeling charged up to tackle the day or refreshed after a long day at work on traveling on the road. Burger Theory is open for Breakfast, Lunch as we
Stumbled into this place out of convenience. Initially concerned because it was not appropriately staffed. One overworked waitress who had been there for 15 hours! Other diners were incredibly rude to her, but she worked her tail off and had a pleasant attitude through a tough situation. Nice variety on menu, very tasty burger. Would definitely go back and hope they got the waitress some help!

Went yesterday afternoon. First off props to the host who sat us, he's been there awhile and is extremely courteous. Onto the server who finally came after 10 minutes to take drink order? No apology, no personality, and no idea what he's doing. Felt bad for even leaving a tip. Of all the 3 server's working yesterday none of them seemed happy to be there. I will go to Plainfield from now on.

"Bru" is an ode to two of our favorite things, Delicious burgers and cold beer. We are a full service family restaurant with an outdoor patio that allows animals.
Having heard for its variety and quality of burgers, we visited this restaurant to try their specialty that suits everyone. They have options of gluten-free veggie and beef burgers with the choice of eating inside or outside. With its gourmet chef burgers, sandwiches, salads, and shareable apps, there's something for their customers. The staff was friendly, atmosphere good and the food okay. I haven't really been disappointed going here but never been impressed either. Some features available are television, free Wi-Fi, free parking, takeout, reservations, highchair and wheelchair accessible. They accept credit cards. We placed an order for Bru Fries /Chili Cheese Fries, Bru Board, Veggie Burger, Garlic-Three Cheese Burger, Ahi Tuna Burger. The combination of the giant crispy onion ring, with beef bacon, melted cheddar, and barbecue sauce caused a burst of flavors in our mouth. To sum up, it was a new experience away from the traditional dining.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
Took my daughter and son in law from out of state for lunch. The service was the worst we ever have had. The waitress was completely "out to lunch." The restaurant was not that busy. We waited over 1/2 hour for our food. She finally came and served two of us and not the third order. Thinking she would return, she never did until she started to pick up our finished plates, so my son in law asked where his order was. "Oh, she said." After another 15 minutes she returned, and he then asked where our appetizer was, because she never served it. Food was mediocre. Not worth the stop. Stay away!!

Long-running Pittsburgh-born chain known for sandwiches piled high with coleslaw & french fries.
I donât know why I waste my time going to this location of Primanti Bros, other than it is closest to my home. They just donât seem to care, sitting me at a table that was obviously dirty, and then letting me sit there for what seemed like forever before getting someone to wait on me. Ordered fries with no salt, but got fries that had an over abundance of salt. The person that dropped my food off, assured me that in fact there was no salt on my fries. Boy were they wrong! Iâve given this location lots of second chances, but it seems I have had more bad dining experiences here, than good ones. I ordered my classic sandwich with fries & slaw on the side but got it all together! The server told me that it was not his mistake, but that was of little solace to me. Took forever to get my correct order to my table. No one seemed to care, and I would of thought that a manager would of delivered the correct order with apologies. Boy was I wrong! The sad thing is I am a big fan of Primanti Bros food, and I guess that is why I have given this location second chances!Hi Michael, we'd love to learn more. Please feel free to reach out to us via our Facebook pages, Twitter, or the contact form on our website!

We always stay in Plainfield at the Baymont Inn and Suites when flying out of Indianapolis. We took a back way to Barnes and Noble Bookstore and realized we were in a shopping mall. Lucky for us, there are several restaurants in the mall. The young woman at Barnes and Noble suggested Claddagh, which is literally across the sidewalk. We went in and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the staff. Since it was Good Friday, we ordered the Fish N Chips (half order) and it was huge! I cannot imagine eating the full order. The fish was lightly battered and extremely moist. There are two Pubs, one in downtown Indianapolis and this one that is in Plainfield. I know we will return the next time we stay in Plainfield.

This was my 4th and last visit to this restaurant. The food has no flavor whatsoever and the only thing I could taste was salt. Burger was salt, fries were salt. My husband's side dish of green beans had more sugar than salt and were mush. We will not be back. Don't waste your time or money.

Hickory brisket burger and Salmon were the best meals. The Black and Blue burger didnât have any flavor! It should of been cooked medium and it was well done! Our server Ashley was happy, funny and excellent customer service!
