Employees clearly were not thrilled to be there. Our food sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before they actually called our number. Food was good. Prices are okay considering your in a casino. Employees could take a little more pride.
We were surprised that the breakfast buffet at the Hollywood casino is being served at the Hollywood & Grind, and not at the regular buffet area for lunch and dinner. They have a small seating area, and it is a bit close when the place is busy. Not a big selection, but the food was presented very nicely. There was real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, bacon, grits, sausage and gravy, fried potatoes, yogurt, orange juice, milk, coffee. It is on the higher side for what they have to offer. The food was very good, and what was different, is everyone was clearing their own tables themselves, instead of the person standing around watching everyone doing that. I would have thought she would have told everyone, that was not necessary, but she did not.
America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee, espresso, breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Stop by or order ahead with the Dunkin' App.
This is my first time here. I came in for breakfast and the place was full. All available registers were open. The cashier that helped me was very nice and accurate with my order. I had the egg and steak sandwich (Texas Toast), and it was very good and I would return to get it again. The internet didn't work so good, so I couldn't stay and get ready for my meeting this morning, before work. But overall the place was clean, and the food was good.
We stopped in hoping to discover a new local restaurant but instead were disappointed in all the food items. My husband got the Southern love and I got the Chloe's super sweet. In both cases the chicken meat was flavorless and the skin was over fried. The only side item that was edible was the potato salad. The service was fine but we will not be returning.

Steak and Shake is one of our favorite "go to" places that we look for while traveling / vacationing. We found this one and it was just as good and consistent as any Steak and Shake that we have tried. We ate here twice while in the area and it was great each time -> great burgers and great shakes !!
Not much to say about the food...it's typical Long John Silver's (although, unlike some locations, the food is always fresh and hot). The difference here is the friendliness of the people who work there; they really seem to care about what they do. There's an older lady who has been there for years, which is always a sign of a happy employee. The restaurant is old, and it does show signs of wear. For the most part, however, it seems fairly clean. It would be nice if LJS's would do a remodel to bring it up to snuff. There's a bell near the entrance for customers to ring as they leave if they're satisfied. People are constantly ringing it to say they're please......myself included.
Several and I mean several times I have gotten terrible food and bad service. I haven't ate there for a long long time. I went there yesterday cause I had friends over and had cheap coupons. All the food was fresh hot and correct. Very impressed. I might have to try again.
