...for Valparaiso.I've ordered from several Asian restaurants around Valpo and Chesterton over the past year. This one is better than the rest. By far! The service is great, they have online ordering, and the food is served hot and fast. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The menu is average, but thorough. It has all that one expects from a Chinese restaurant without a lot confusing, infused other cuisines that degrade the experience. Let's face it, Chinese food is basically like McDonalds! The menu could be read from memory by most people over the age of 12. Mu Shu Pork, Chicken Kow, Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers blah, blah blah. Yep! Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt! The difference, especially here in Northwest Indiana, is that the quality makes the difference. This place rocks! And it will be a regular stop. Prices very reasonable. Easy to find.

Take off the "DY" and that's what you get - NASTY. I have nothing good to say about this restaurant.

Come by your local Noodles & Company at 71 Silhavy Rd, , Valparaiso where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
We always find Noodles and Co. a good place to stop with our kids because how can you go wrong with pasta? The serving portions are good and the taste is very good, but I do find them rather costly for what it is. If you've never been, you order at the counter like fast food, but they'll bring it out to you as it takes a short while to cook. Plenty of seating at this location and they also had outdoor seating. Good spot for kids - they may have kids meal prices which would help, I'm not sure. Mine are teenagers. Restaurant is easy to get to from local hotels and shops and was clean.

This area has been missing a good Thai option. Their fresh shrimp rolls are good (their peanut sauce needs some zip - ask for some red sauce to mix in or otherwise, to me, it tastes like peanut butter. The curries are all great and you can get them in varying degrees spiciness. We like the Tom Yum soup also.

Tried places closer to us. Finally went to #1 rated. Very good.Had their eggs rolls, fried rice, shrimp in garlic sauce and General Tao chicken.Loved the fried rice and chicken. We like our garlic sauce thicker but it was good. Egg rolls typical.Had enough for 2 meals( 2 people). Closest to what we are use to.Will return to dine in and take out.Gave it a 5 because best in Valpo ( IOHO)
