Find out what American restaurants to try in Rushville. Rushville is a city in Rushville Township, Rush County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The population was 6,341 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Rush County. It was the campaign headquarters for Wendell Willkie's 1940 presidential campaign against Franklin D. Roosevelt. Willkie is buried in the city's East Hill Cemetery. It, like the county, was named in honor of Dr. Benjamin Rush, who signed the Declaration of Independence.
Just Rite is open again after some remodeling. This restaurant used to be a great place, but the new ownership has a lot to learn about running a fast food place. The service was terrible, based on how long it took to get our order. I had placed an order to go, simply two grilled cheese and three orders of fries. A full half hour later I asked what the status was. Only one grilled cheese ready, second one not even started. I watched other patrons having to bring back their orders to correct mistakes and errors. The need to get their act together if they want to stay in business. The only highlight is the french fries. They are the best, and at least the new owners have keep that supplier.

We stopped here on our trip to Michigan because we had fueled up at a Kroger next door and needed to use the restroom. We decided to go ahead and order milkshakes and have a late lunch farther down the road. Never again! The milkshakes were not good at all. Service and cleanliness were ok but not great.
Looking for a Pizza King that meets expectations; food & service !! Conveniently on the âBig Road,â IN 3, adjacent to SPEEDWAY FUEL, and the SHOPPING Center of town. The facility is smaller than the usual PKâs in these parts of the Hoosier. Since I was getting a CARRY OUT, the service & food was EXCELLENT!!!!
Fried chicken is really good and wife had fried catfish. I would be skeptical about catfish fried outside of the South but this place nailed it. Perfectly cooked. Servings were very plentiful and all was cooked well. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Serves breakfast all day.

TASTE & SERVICE make beauty of this place. Had the best "homemade" VEGETABLE SOUP, I've had in a long time. The tenderloin, that came with it for $6*, was unsurpassed in flavor. "LOCALS" told me about this place, and they knew what they were talking about.

We were disappointed with our royal feast pizza. There were plenty of toppings but somehow the flavor was different from other pizza kings.
