Although known for their bountiful breakfast buffet, I always order their Western omelette, which is absolutely delicious. They use 5 eggs for a large, beautiful omelette and then add hash browns and pancakes or toast! Bring a good appetite or plan on taking home a doggy bag!

Three of us went to Monticello for a business meeting. With the meeting over we were looking for some place for lunch. We stopped a passerby and asked for recommendations...Las Casadores was the response. We were really pleased with the quality of our meals. The prices were reasonable and my rice, beans, and quesadilla meal was delicious!

Normal Taco Bell menu. Order takers are pleasant and helpful in explaining menu items, if needed. Only complaint with this restaurant is their drive-up. It is incredible difficult to drive thru as the turns are tight, the parking lot needs some holes filled in, and the building is just too close!! Wish they could change locations!!
El Cazador in Monticello is becoming one of the go to places because of its fine food, quick competent staff, and fun décor. The main dining area is decorated as a Mexican square and the booths around it look like buildings opening on the square. The meals were very reasonable price wise, and the quality above average.El Cazador is a family run business and its shows. The staff was very friendly, efficient; the meal served teamed fashioned. The only problem we had is that our main waiter was hard to understand and he could not seem to understand what we ordered. But we were pleased to get what we wanted.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
