In a strip mall in Brownsburg, really basic place with food served on styrofoam plates and disposable utensils. Spring rolls were terrible and greasy. Could not eat them. Our entrees were really mediocre. I had Kung Pao Tofu, which was not spicy and maybe had three peanuts in it. Wife had another tofu dish and it had very little flavor. Seemed like people come there for "exotic" delights like "crab" rangoon and other fried things. I love Chinese food but this is not a good example of the cuisine.

We needed a quick lunch and did not want burgers. We gave China's Best a try. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food choices were fairly limited. Some items were marked, others were not. Some of the meat was very chewy. The flavor of everything I tried was decent. Beverages are only $1.19 more which is a bargain these days.
Small restaurant with seating for 20 or so. They did a lot of carry out while we were there, which speaks volumes about the quality of their food. The service to the tables was very good although the dinner ware was styrafoam although the knifes and forks were standard flatware. I had the Szechuan Tilapia, hot and spicy with crunchy vegetables, I enjoyed it very much. My dining partner had won ton soup and crab Rangoon, which she enjoyed as well.

My family was having a few friends over, so we used the online ordering app Beyond Menu to get delivery. When it arrived all of the appetizers were present, but only one of the two large entrées. I immediately called the restaurant telling them they'd forgotten the second entrée and I didn't think they'd charged me for it either. They asked if I still wanted it and I said I did since I had plenty of people to feed.Five minutes later I got a call from them telling me that the mistake was OK because they hadn't charged me for the other entrée since their son hadn't looked at the entire order. I told them that I understood that but still needed the full order. They then charged my credit card again for the missing item. 90 minutes after that second phone conversation our final item was delivered. In my experience when good restaurants make mistakes they always apologize and do their best to resolve it. I was shocked when they charged my card for food they had failed to deliver the first time, and just as shocked when instead of rising right over it took 90 minutes. In the words of the beloved "Comic Book Guy", worst delivery ever. And the worst part for me? This is the only Chinese restaurant near my house that delivers.
