Come by your local Noodles & Company at 517 E. Kirkwood Avenue, , Bloomington where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
Portion was on the small side. Seasonings were OK. But, the beef was super stringy and chewy, not tender. For a more satisfying noodle bowl, it might be a good idea to go meatless.
We proudly served Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese Food ( Halal ). We have variety of dessert like, Tiramisu Mille Crepe, Matcha Mille Crepe, Durian Mille Crepe. We also accept Mille Crepe Pre-order .
My wife and I came on a Saturday night based on the recommendation of friends, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is in a refurbished house just a block away from Bloomington's bustling downtown. We were promptly greeted, and, for most of our meal we were the only diners in the restaurant, although they seemed to have a brisk carryout business. For an appetizer we had the Sate Babi, skewered pork marinated in Indonesian sauce. The pork was well-prepared and sauce appropriately spicy, but not overbearing. I had the terriyaki chicken as an entree and my wife had noodles with chicken. Both entrees were tasty, well-plated, and portions were appropriately generous. For dessert, they have a selection of crepes with various fillings. We opted for the Tiramisu crepe, which was presented as a stack of crepes with filling layered between each crepe and cocoa to top. The owner, who came by reasonably often to check on us during dinner, told us they make the desserts in-house. Cafe Bali is a bit off the downtown beaten path in Bloomington, but worth it.

This is our favorite chinese food joint when we visit Bloomington. Very basic restaurant setup. Make you feel at home. You just order at the counter and pay, they will call out your order to pick up. Menu is right on the wall. Seasonal dishes also announced. Authentic Sichuan dishes and is bar-nun amazingly delicious. Super speedy and fresh dishes is really the hallmark. I highly recommend it if you want to let the Cantonese dishes a break. Be prepare to encounter super spicy dishes and be Wowed by them. Super friendly people!

Bangkok Thai has the best Thai food in Bloomington, hands down!! The food is beyond delicious, and the staff is super friendly. Sadly, I can not remember the name of the main lady, but she is extremely friendly; adds greatly to the experience! Please, support them, kinda hidden and off the beaten path (but worth the hunt); would hate to lose such a great establishment!

Burma Garden is a small restaurant with good simple food and friendly (and quick!) service. The buttered paratha was delicious although it was different from the paratha found in Indian restaurants. I also recommend the eggplant curry, the mango smoothie, and the rice pudding.

We stopped here during a college visit - what an absolutely AMAZING lunch buffet! I was in heaven. All-you-can-eat fresh vegetables, noodles dishes, chicken, sticky rice and best of all, rice paper spring rolls with peanut sauce. YUM. We can't wait to come back through Bloomington so we can eat here again!

Our waiter was really nice; when I forgot my sweatshirt he ran all the way down the block to return it!Food was tasty; I'd recommend the Tibetan dishes (stew and momos) over the others. Such a cool location; I love how the restaurant is in what used to be a house. We sat outside and listened to the little waterfall. A soothing, pleasant atmosphere.

This was our favorite Thai restaurant in Bloomington. Still the food is good, but needs a change and improvement. Recommended items are Thai tea, papaya salad, drunken pineapple rice w/ chicken, shrimps or pork.
