Great place for some Mexican food in an area dominated by local Korean restaurants. Also great for a few drinks with friends, meeting new people, and a game of pool or darts, if you're into that sort of thing. Staff are friendly, music is good, and the decor gives the place a relaxing feel.

Best Soba!
Dumplings+soba=good for one person
We may have to wait 10 minutes for lunch.
Soba is $5, dumplings (1set=10ea) is $3
If you are very hungry,
please order as "두개 두개요( dugӕdugӕjɔ́:) " for Two persons.

We've stayed near the airport especially to have some dinner in this area. So we went down to the place where most of the restaurants are. While most restaurants on a Sunday evening were deserted, this place was crowded by locals.
Since there must be a reasons for so many locals visiting just this place, we decided to walk in. The place is the typical korean atmosphere, very down to earth.
They serve only one dish, the one they can do best: a soup with home made rice noodles, clams, prawns, some octopus and fish. It's served with very good kimchi and reddish.
We ate the complete pot, so good it was.
The bill came to 16'000 Won, approx. US$ 16 - which is a real bargain for such a top dinner.
It's the perfect place to have dinner!

We were staying overnight in a nearby hotel and looking for vegetarian food. The area has many eateries, but most are Korean barbecue restaurants. Paul is a real Italian restaurant right down to the wood fired oven, the Peroni beer and the Pellegrino spring water. Whilst there was a wide range of dishes available, we opted for the pizzas and were not disappointed. Perhaps the lightest crust we have ever experienced and the fillings were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Welcome to Relish ! We have been providing great dishes with fresh ingredients since we opened a special salad bar for the first time in September 2012. Special order is available upon request for Vegetarian and someone. (Korean food as well)
I've been here a couple of times. The menu is mostly burgers and steak. Not the most natural lace for a vegetarian, but they advertise veggie options. However, the only thing available that is actually vegetarian is a fried egg Sandwich -- essentially they just replace the burger patty with an egg. This might sound like a perfectly reasonable option, but even this simple Sandwich is not well made. It is layered with rubbery mushrooms and unappealing sauce. On top of all that, it is expensive because it is an exotic 'foreign food' restaurant. This place was so disappointing that I stopped going after a couple of visits.

We landed very early and whilst waiting to buy T-money card decided to have bfast in the airport.
The soft tofu stew with seafood or sundobu was very yummy.
Pumpkin congee was more sweet than savoury kind , the side dishes were good accompaniments to it.

This place is fast, friendly and uses top quality ingredients. The marinara and margarita pizzas are great, as are all of the salads (esp the balsamic and ricotta one...yum!) Only complaint is more from being the mom of an 8 year old and Korea: it is really hard to get all the toppings you want, and only the toppings you want. But, like I said that is cultural and picky eater combined. Not expensive, fast, good food...check it out!

I've been there a few times, and every time I talked to the manager to let him know that there were too many mistakes on the English version of the menu. He completely ignored me every time as their target is not the foreign community.

Went here with my mother. There is an english menu, but no one speaks English. It was very authentic and delicious. The waiters were very helpful and accomodating since we had never tried Korean BBQ before. The wagyu beef was delish and those sweet potatoes were so good. They even called us a cab when we were done. Very authentic and highly recommended for all travelers

The Cinder Bar is run by an expat Kiwi. It was opened to fill a gap in the Songdo nightlife, and now is a fun little place where good people come to meet good people. We provide a comfortable place for foreigners and Koreans to drink and eat with the aim to provide quality drinks, food and service all at a reasonable price. We have a wide selection of draft and bottled beer, some nice wine, and a fine list of cocktails. Our food menu consists of classic western fare. In the warmer months, outdoor Seating is provided and there is also a grill that is FREE to hire during this period, also. Our hours are: Mon - Thurs: 5.30pm until 3.00am. Fri: 4.00pm - 4.00am. Sat: 5.30pm - 4.00am
I guess you have to expect to pay for the kind of quality you get at The Cinder Bar. Burgers are really good, and they have beer above the standard weak lagers. Worth the price every once in a while!
