Beautiful hotel and bad room service
Reviewed By Tanya ZThis hotel is one of my favorite in Nigeria. Room is clean, classy, everything is working perfect. Bedsheets are clean and being changed everyday. Everything in bathroom is functioning well. Big problem of this hotel is room service: to make order for food might take almost an hour, just because nobody is picking your call. Reception is better, but most time you need to make a reminder call to them. I think management of the hotel should pay a minor attention and this hotel will be perfect.

Exceptional hospitality
Reviewed By Raghu9909Me and my friends had an good experience with Seaview hotel. Starting from airport pick to airport drop was fabulous and professionally treat us. However, the main thing is that we recieve all facility at Seaview hotel such as 3 nights club, Swimming pool, Sauna and Steam, Massage, Saloon, Shisha Restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Indian Coastal restaurant. Etc, no need to go anywhere to search and it is close to local market. Swimming pool life guard was helpful and always attentive for his work, especially to kids. Reception staff is helpful and friendly. Always highly recommended to other and will again book the same hotel.

calm safe place to stay in owerri
Reviewed By nkem egets better and better. further refurburbishment, with improved decor in bar and resturant compared to my last visit. ask for on one of the new suites which we used this time. rooms are clean. also manages to get a costa coffee in Owerri.

Reviewed By Swiss CStarting from the beginning of my arrival my surprise was great, the lounge bar is called Italiano, the GM and few guests spoken Italian so I felt at home! the rooms are spacious and the pool side is well furnished. Clean water in the pool and nice bush bars on the site. Staff is friendly and the waitress Chioma is really helpful. In the night a lot of people at the lounge garden. Small lack of maintenance, little bit far from the centre, but an experience to repeat.

Reviewed By Coastal711503First and most importantly we did not get the rooms we booked for, instead of a bigger room with balcony we were put in a standard smaller room which is supposed to be charged on a lower rate, the management was poor. None of the toilets had a hand soap, both in the rooms, reception and public areas. However the room service was excellent, friendly and helpful staffs, the facilities were good, (although the toilet in the bar does not flush) and the standard of cleanliness is very good. Also had very good breakfast, good food menu and Delicious food

Most terrible hotel I ever stayed in.
Reviewed By Enitan OThis hotel is crap. Just go find somewhere else. Imagine hotel with bad locks in 2019. The manager on duty even asked for a tip from me just for using the Gen to pump water for me to bathe... and considering that I paid in ful. You can't even sleep with your two eyes closed.

Reviewed By Linda02140Just a regular Guesthouse but the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful which made my stay worthwhile. I even had to choose my own room after checking out a couple. I was satisfied with the service. It's not fancy, it is comfortable and cozy.
