Enjoyed a beautiful early dinner at Fuller House. The outdoor area was very comfortable and relatively quiet for a great early summer evening. I had the pulled pork and the lobster mac-n-cheese. Both were delicious! My wife had the chop salad and my daughter the black bean burger. Both were great. Will definitely go back.

This is my family's go-to diner for just about every occasion, including birthdays and post-graduation dinners. The food is great, the service is good, and the location is perfect. We love walking in and seeing neighbors and friends, and the atmosphere is vibrant. My kids all love the menu (especially the mac 'n' cheese and burgers) and I love the sophisticated salads and IPA beers. Now you can sit outside as well, and soak up the Western Springs charm.

In need of a late lunch on a freezing day, a friend and I picked this tavern right across the street from our hotel. Good choice! The food and service were very good.While the BBQ smelled wonderful, I opted for the blackened grouper sandwich with fries. Very good with my Krombacher Pilsner. After all, this is a tavern with a really nice looking bar. My friend, with dietary issues, had a very good lobster roll and fries. She really wanted onion straws, but they were paired with another item. Our waiter provided a side of the straws for her.This was a fun and relaxing meal. Next time, I hope I will not have early dinner plans so I can try more!

This update is for the food not the bar .Food is ok but bland--- Got the shrimp tacos while ok that was it ok ,no sauce .Unflavored beans on the side pretty bland .Wife got the brisket that was chewier than leather,fries were smothered with pepper .Considering there is a outstanding BBQ place on the same block this selection was poor.Bar is great and friendly

The BBQ ribs are really excellent. Some of the best we have had. Totally fall off the bone. The Cajun green beans that come with just about everything are good. Service was very friendly and attentive. The old white booths from the Pump Room are cool. Prices are good. Only drawback was the salad that came with dinner which was really bad lettuce that I would have thrown away at home. We plan to go back!

Stopped in for lunch after visiting Brookfield Zoo. Friendly staff greeted us and we were told we could choose inside or out. Having been outside all morning we decided to stay in, but the outdoor patio looked nice. Our server was great and the food was very good. I had a burger and fries, and my husband had the shepherds pie which he said was wonderful. Would not hesitate to stop here again if in the area.

Palmers Place is a wonderful restaurant right I the middle of Downtown La Grange!It has great food and almost unlimited types of beer. Service is perfect, Located the restaurant almost 30 tears ago!One problem with Palmers Place, ITâS TOO GOOD!!In good weather even both inside and outside areas are open and usually full, WHY? BECAUSE PALMERS PLACE IS TO PERFECT!
