I work for the college of business and twice now I've ordered a large amount of pizzas and sodas for a couple events that I hosted. I called ahead and they had the orders ready to go when I came to pick them up. The orders were accurate, hot, and absolutely delicious. Michael the manager is who I've dealt with the most and he is professional and very customer service oriented. He gets the concept of making the customer happy and creating an experience for every one. So whether you just need a take home pizza for yourself/family or you're hosting a large party...this Little Caesars location does not disappoint. Jeffery
Thin crust pizza at it's best. Nothing fancy about the restaurant but clean and nice size. Can accommodate larger groups. Pizza was very good. Crust thin but not crunchy. Use mozzarella. Don't serve typical, soda like Coke or Pepsi so be prepared for that. Reasonably priced. You can get pizza by the slice during certain hours

Got there and decided on the full service area. Three of us ordered and I was almost done with my food before the other food arrived. Started with a appitizer to share, never got plates or napkins with it. Slow on refills also. Will not go again.

Wood Fired Pizza, Pasta & Spirits.
I make semi-annual trips to Carbondale, this was my first time eating at Fat Bottom Bettys. I was there on a Thursday night, first night of baseball playoffs. I had the Thursday night lasagna special at $9.99, plus an extra $1 for the caesar salad. Both were large portions of well made food. I especially liked that they had both sweet and usweet iced tea, all the other places in town were unsweet only. The place was clean, the service was prompt. The bartenders and servers were friendly. My phone had suggested I eat there, and told me it was nearby. The building color is dark and the signage is minimal. I was in the hotel for a day before I saw the place. I said locals at the top, but there were no speical events in town so I suspect locals were everywhere. I did not see any guests from the two nearby hotels.

Great Deep Pan Pizza, Fresh Salads, Italian Beef, Reuben's, and Philly Steak Sandwiches, and Plenty of your favorite Beverages. Very Kid friendly also.
Stopped here on a SIU visit. Great pizza and great service. Walked in for dinner and the place was busy. A good sign, because if they are busy, then you know the food is good. Ordered a large cheese pizza for my two teenage boys. They really liked it. They ate the whole thing. I ordered the nine inch Quartro Challenge and I was not disappointed. Great fresh toppings and wonderful flavor. Waitress was extremely helpful since it was our first time. I would go back anytime. Great pizza. Also they were able to accommodate a peanut allergy.Thank you for your visit and high five recommendation. Really appreciate the shout out for my staff. They work hard to please. Thanks again.Steve PayneOwner
