We went to this restaurant to try and find a new place and you're not disappointed they serve Mexican and Puerto Rican dishes. My wife had a pressed Cuban what she said was the best she had in 17 years since the last one she got it in Hialeah Florida. Which was awesome I got a Mexican dish with pork chops fried rice Puerto Rican soup. All dishes were excellent highly recommend them Sunday they also had brunch so at 3 in the afternoon my daughter was able to get breakfast which was nice for her as I stated in the Venturi the name is changed it's no longer Pancho's a new family owns it is called Brothers Mexican Grill now
What to expect? Great menu options. A FULL bar. Friendly and efficient service. An owner who truly "gets it" and cooks that "know it". Orlando and crew have really upped the bar for delicious casual dining (and take out). His slant is Tex-Mex style cooking. I have brought 10-12 people here on numerous occasions for dinner, and everyone in our party loved what they ate. The home made soup deserves a double take - as in take some home after you enjoy it in the restaurant. He buys a premium Margarita mix that serves as the base for a really good cocktail. What NOT to expect? High prices. Excessive ambiance (it's on the lean, but I think cool, side). When I want good, fast, and authentic Mexican food, I choose it every time
Our office determined we would have Mexican Food for lunch and I ordered for pick up the 3 Taco dinner with rice and beans. It was great very authentic.

Bienvenidos to De Campana Restaurant! De Campana in Bensenville is family owned and operated restaurant serving fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine since 1981. Mexican food is rich and exciting, not only because of its seasoning, but also for the special met
Set in the corner of a strip mall with mostly ethnic grocery stores and restaurants. De Campana Mexican restaurant has loads of items as part of its interior decoration, mostly items from decades ago like Radios, Toys and other artifacts (if that is your thing). It was rather dark, even though it was 5:00 pm and quite light outside when I visited. The Chips and Salsa were quite good. Salsa was fresh and just the right amount of spiciness. I ordered the Carne Asada meal which can be cooked per your choice. The portions sizes are rather large. It comes with a Salad. So be sure and bring a good appetite. The meat was tasty and seasoned well, the refried beans that came with it were tasty as well. Service was friendly and attentive. The place was empty when I walked in, but in about 30 minutes or so it was relatively filled up. Good choice for Mexican food if you are in the area.

This restaurant has some good food. The food was good. I especially liked their Mexican rice. The wait staff was polite and fast. My friend especially liked that they served horchata. I knew that this place was an authentic Mexican restaurant because there were mostly Hispanic people eating there. In fact, I think that my friend and I were the only white people in the place for a while.
We were really looking forward to authentic mexican food. We arrived and there was one other table waiting for food.Tables were sticky didn't look particularly clean. it took over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged and given menus. We ordered two typical lunched and a coupleof drinks. Diet soda had an off taste. The margaritas were pretty good. After waiting anothe 35 minutes and the original table was just getting there food and out food was not in sight, we asked for our check and left. If you follow my reviews, I have very few negative comments. Will not return to this restaurant.

This is a good Mexican restaurant, with a very nice atmosphere. At lunch it attracts the professional crowd. The menu is quite broad and not your usual taco-and-burrito place. During my first visit, I was unimpressed because I bought enchiladas with red sauce. The red sauce is not very flavorful. The green sauce, however, is a delight. I love the lime and cilantro mixture with just enough spice. I recommend the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. In addition, compared to the other local options, it is a good value for the money.
