I am SO impressed with the Broadway Oyster Bar! I did the call ahead priority seating and we were seated right when we checked in on a busy Saturday night. Awesome! We ordered the Voodoo shrimp as a starter and it was phenomenal! Our waitress Carly (I hope I didnât spell that wrong) recommended the Hurricane drink and that was spot on as well. Carly was super friendly and helpful. She found the time on a busy Saturday to get to know our table and we appreciated that. I was stuck between two main dishes and she persuaded me to get the crawfish mona dish. WOW! Carly-thank you SO much. This meal was amazing and I will dream about it back in Michigan. Iâm so glad I found this place on Yelp. 10/10 we will be back someday. Your waitress Carly is a gem! We donât know either! I do know we get a lot of 4 and 5 star reviews just like yours because I respond to every review on Trip Advisor, Google and Yelp. We want to know how our guests feel about what we do and what they like and do not like. Thank you for coming to BOB and for choosing to follow up your visit with an outstanding 5 star review. We are very pleased to know that we impressed you with everything from our Preferred Seating program, great food and drink and especially our âfriendly and helpfulâ service from Carly. We try to bring a bit of the Southern hospitality that we know so well from our time in Louisiana here to our friends in the Midwest. Both Carly and I are thrilled to know that you found us and that you feel sure you will be back someday. Since we have been in business for 41 years, there is a pretty good chance we will still be here! Thank you for your support and we will look forward to your return. John

As it happens I had brisket, the only non seafood dish on the menu, knowing well that I could share with my friends the seafood feasts theyâd ordered which included lobster mac, clam chowder and more and for those of us with down market cravings, the best ever home made potato chips/crisps ever. All in a white walled large and busy corner restaurant with lots of young friendly staff eager to talk tou through the menu. And another 1sr - when M hadnât finished her G & T in favour of a glass of vino, the waiter brought over a large plastic cup so her gin was taken home - how good was that !!

We had heard good things about Sister Cities, this is the first time we ate there. The hostess told us there would be a 40 minute wait but we were seated after about 15 minutes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome. We both had Po' Boy sandwiches, my wife had the red beans and rice as a side and I had the fried potato salad. We were very happy with our choices. The restaurant is in a nice old building and there's a good sized patio for outdoor dining. We're definitely going back to try more of the menu items.Prices were reasonable, it was a good value. It's definitely got that New Orleans vibe.

At the heart of the Soulard neighborhood you will find the soul of the music scene in St Louis. For over 35 years, 1860's has been the place to gather with your friends for cold drinks, scrumptious food, and the best of St Louisâ live music. 365 days a ye
My wife and I have gone here on several occasions. We have always enjoyed this particular bar. Food is typically excellent and the beer is always cold. And we even found some enjoyable live music. However this time we went to grab some drinks and food while finishing watching a professional football game. When we arrived the band plane was so loud we could barely communicate with the waitress We definitely couldnât hear the football game and couldnât even converse at our table. The place was almost empty which is very unusual but I have a feeling was related to the loudness of the music. My wife ordered the Cajun sampler which was not quite as good this time as it usually is. I ordered the crabcake BLT which is my first time. I thought it to be very good. As always the beer was cold and the service was excellent. But we find ourselves leaving earlier than we wanted to because of that band being too loud. I would still recommend this place just check and make sure who is playing and how loud it is firstThank you for the review and your loyalty. We apologize for the loudness and work with the performers to keep it a level where patrons and staff can still communicate while enjoying the music. Our goal is to consistently exceed expectations on food, service and atmosphere and your feedback is appreciated.
