It is the site of the Wauconda Bog Nature Preserve, a National Natural Landmark. Wauconda Community Unit School District 118 serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade who live in Wauconda and surrounding communities (Island Lake, Lakemoor, Volo, and unincorporated sections of McHenry County). Fremont School District 79 also serves students from communities from northern part of Wauconda.

We ordered dinner via delivery from Little Rock Stock Cafe in Wauconda/Barrington area and it was big disappointment. Would not recommend for barbecue or delivery. Overpriced, poor entrees and sides. Half slab of ribs are expensive, dry and fatty. No sauce on side. The side dish was a greasy plastic tin of peppers with slice of dry toast. Many better area restaurants for dining in, delivery and carry out for ribs and barbecue. Not a fan and we will not be back.

We were looking for someplace new for breakfast and decided to eat here. The place was very busy and we had a nice p breakfast with friendly service. Try it out. We enjoyed our meals.Hi Howard! We always rave over the brunches we enjoyed here. From our berry kiwi lemon poppyseed crepes to our Belgian waffles, oatmeal and savory sweet potatoes and egg skilletâthis menu is jam packed with delectable choices. Excellent service and coffee keeps the Brunch Cafe hopping from 6:30am right through to closing at 2:30pm.

The Coffee Cup has been in downtown Lake Zurich since there has been a downtown Lake Zurich! (and that's a long time!!) Nothing fancy......just damn good food...⦠served the "old-fashioned" way. (Like a spoon served in your coffee -- not on the table!!) Not much of a "creative" menu -- just great bacon & eggs -- or ham or sausage!If you go -- you'll have a great "no-frills" breakfast -- so hop on over and enjoy ! BTW...â¦.they also serve a tasty lunch!!

I meet my daughter and grandkids here frequently for brunch. The menu is fantastic and the quality is top notch. The gluten free pancakes are amazing! they are so light and fluffy. I like mine with blueberries and blueberry compote. The omelettes are awesome and they have plenty of the fillings you order. Also, the morale of the staff is so great! It's a pleasure to eat here.
