Made it just before the six oclock rush hour started and were promptly seated. All you can eat soup and salad bar is very popular. Saw no meaty selections on there, just a good variety of various salads, herring, and soup. Menu not very large but gives good sampling of simple to high end dining--appetizers to duck. Nice sized portions, many people carried out leftovers. Owner stopped by to say hello to guests. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Most enjoyable, though restaurant is not very large. Separate bar area. Drinks reasonably priced. Would go back.

Where to eat Italian food in Dixon: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Great bar. Subway style; with a long but narrower space, and tables along the wall. Darts available at the end of the bar, and pretzels if you ask the bartenders. You can buy frozen pizzas that they cook behind the bar on a pizza cooker. Staff is friendly. Drinks are reasonable priced, and the place has a huge variety of specialty beers. It gets crowded, and it gets loud, but it's a good time...
