Dinner with business associates.Server suggested the drink of the day, which was excellent.Server also suggested a couple of the entree's for our table, everything was excellent. They make guacomole at tableside, if you enjoy that kind of thing.Large portions, you won't go hungry.Warm thin chips brought to the table when you arrive, very good.Salsa is a little bland.Loved the bar area.

The first thing you notice is that it is very colorful, with lots to look at and it creates a fun atmosphere. It was loud. There were lots of families with children. We were there are on Friday evening. It was busy, but there were tables available. The food was good. Really enjoy the very thin tortilla chips. The mild sauce on the enchiladas was still a bit spicy for the sensitive eater. There was problem with one of the orders, but it was corrected. Other problem was that server was going to return for drink order and never did. Food arrived and the person delivering food had to tell someone our drink order was never taken. This should be an isolated occurrence. Service was attentive after that.

On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made

Chips and Salsa are quite good to start with. I ordered the Classic Burrito (nothing exotic). This came with a side of Mexican Rice and a choice of Refried or Black beans. I went for the Refried. Portion sizes were generous. Food was alright. Tasted good though not exceptional. I guess having been at other On the Border locations it was comparable. Service was friendly and good. No complaints in that department.Restaurant was hardly busy on a Monday night and had the chance to catch up with my friend in a leisurely manner without feeling rushed. Was a positive experience overall.
