I've been to Yen Ching many times, and I am always pleased! The service staff was friendly and helpful. The food itself is always good, they do a great chow mein! I would definitely recommend this place, it's a personal favorite.

Although only open for lunch, the Beijing Grill has the best Chinese food in town. The cook prepares the food each day, with a good number of options available, from Korean style beef to classic Chinese dishes such as kung-po chicken. It is located just within the Roshek building in downtown Dubuque, across from Cafe Mona Java.

The Great Dragon is average to poor.The restaurant is in disrepair. Stained ceiling panels, dirty walls in need of paint. The ripped booths are duct taped. If they put a equal effort in their kitchen upkeep and cleaning,,,,,beware. Soup was cool. Most items were warm at best. I would stay clear.
