Located in Chicagoâs River North neighborhood, RPM Steak is a modern take on the traditional steakhouse and features a contemporary, chef-driven menu, an award-winning wine list and a well-curated craft cocktail program. The sister restaurant to RPM Itali
We had a great birthday meal that included imperial NY strip, rib cap, an amazing parmesan risotto with shaved white truffle and dessert was a baked Alaska and cotton candy. All very good, although the wine kist was a little lacking for our taste. Very pricey and certainly not somewhere to go on a regular basis, but great for a special occasion.

Kinzie Chophouse, one of the only female-owned independent steakhouses in Chicago. 2016 celebrates 25 years of service and we at Kinzie pride ourselves on setting the standard in fine dining with our service and cuisine. An authentic Chicago neighborhood
Walking into the Kinzie Chophouse almost felt as if i was living in the 1940s. The feel of the building, the outfits of the waitstaff, the attentiveness as if we were royalty......man, i was very impressed. Six in our group, and everyone left feeling as if this was a once in a lifetime dining experience. From the variety of drinks to the variety of menu offerings, every one of us found what we wanted and enjoyed what we were served. While it could have been the company (close relatives gathering for a wedding), we all felt it was the food that made our experience so great.Meatloaf, Steak, Short Ribs, Scallops, Seafood Linguini, Spinach Parmesan, Sweet Potato Puree, Arugula and Peach Salad, Berries and Cream, and the warm house breads........everything was made to perfection! The house Cabernet and Red Sangria were also top notch, with the Sangria having a real kick to it!We started around 6, and when we were done, all the tables were full. No wonder. Such a wonderful place to gather and allow the experts to do the ordering, serving and cooking. One of the best meals of our lives!

High end stake house with a correctly designed menu and delivering good dishes/. Service is knowledgeable and attentive. Appetizers ordered were perfect (shrimp, salad, soup) as well as the meat which was cooked to perfection. It is worth every penny.

Would be only 2 stars if not for the excellent service and lovely ambiance. We had four and only 3 thought the food was what it should be. Steak quality was below what you would find at RPM or Kinzie Street. Also I love my sodium but everything from meat to sides was too salty. We had salt on the table, could have adjusted the salt desired ourselves. Had the twice baked potato but it was dry and not fluffy like something was missing.

Unbelievable food, efficient & fun service, & the highest quality products available, served in an exciting setting, seems like a simple equation for a great Saturday night out. The difference at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse is that this is a nightly occurren
If you come to Chicago and you miss this gem...you failed miserably. I would be remiss to try to remember how long I have been nurtured by this sensory pick me up and empowerment secret. I've lost count on how long i have been a adoring fan, but whenever I am feeling down, nothing cures my ails better than a bowl of bookbinders soup and a signature cocktail to put me back together. Go on a sunny day and get a table by the window and prepare to experience a feeling you can't find anywhere else in Chicago. It's old school glam, impeccable service, delectable fare not found anyhere else in Chicago with an emphasis on steak an chops, but fish is never forgotten. The service is impeccable and people watching is most entertaining during weekday lunch hour. There are many wonderful gastro experiences to be had in Chicgo, but do yourself a grand favor and don't miss this one of a kind eating experience. However, this is a high end culinary experience and small children are better left at home with Grandma and McDonalds.

EDDIE V'S GUEST DRESS CODE Business casual. No hats, gym shoes, flip flops or sweat pants. Dress shorts and dress jeans are fine.
This is a lovely friendly restaurant with wonderful seafood. I enjoyed my half bottle of St. Emilion, and everything we tried was very good, including the excellent warm goat cheese salad, perfectly prepared seafood tower and the great bananas foster dessert. The sâmores dessert is overwhelmingly sweet and comes with a super chocolatey brownie like base, FYI. Service was enormously friendly and helpful. One star off for the frankly terrible âjazzâ performer.

A stylish departure from a traditional steakhouse, Bavette's embraces French flair without the formality, blending fine dining with unabashed fun. Guests can indulge in seafood towers, richly flavorful ribeyes, classic side dishes and house made desserts,
The ambience is old time steakhouse and the service is attentive and professional. While the appetizers, salad and sides were very good, we came here to spend good money on top of the line steaks. They were again very good but just weren't at the level to blow one away. Bone-in-ribeye and bone-in filet mignon, both ordered medium rare, were under-seasoned and questionable on the serving size. The filet was supposed to be 16 oz but seemed more like 10. For the money spent, there are other great steakhouses that will be getting our future business while in Chicago.

Dinner for 5 of my family visiting Chicago for a long weekend. Early dinner at 5:30pm. Service staff was great. Attentive. Great explanation of menu items with helpful suggestions. Menu was extensive and just as expected for a steakhouse. I was especially happy as they had a Bone In Veal Chop ... my favorite. Wine menu is extensive with many choices. Each entree was cooked to perfection. Totally enjoyed the dinner.

We love Capital Grille and this one meets or exceeds the high standard. Service was incredible. Up there with the best service we have experienced. The drinks were excellent as was the food. The butternut Squash soup was incredible. The Lamb Chops equally great as were the steaks the rest of our group had. All cooked perfectly as requested. 5 stars all around.

At Joeâs you can rely on getting this traditional upscale steakhouse experience. The light is dimmed, the tables are covered with table cloths, the meat is exceptional and the service works excellent. As to the âseafoodâ my preferences are the cold items. Salads and desserts are no challenge for a skilled chef and taste very good. Therefore people love this place. Booking far in advance is absolutely necessary.
