Return visit from 2015, and they nailed it. I give out scores not based on overall comparative quality, but does the restaurant deliver what they are trying to do. In this case, Ulrich's delivers outstanding burgers and fries, plus a decent selection of beers. The service was attentive, food came quickly, and I was in and out. This is exactly what I was looking for during a busy convention evening. Space is limited here, so be wary of when you go, do not expect a table without a wait or planning.

We arrived a little after 4, which I'm glad about. We tried a lot of different appetizers. The gator bites, crab dip, and crab bienets were fantastic. The shrimp and grits and fried shrimp were also exceptional. The crab cakes were just ok. The cocktails were also very good. We'll go back (& it's an hour+ drive).

Locally owned, Australian-themed full bar and dining area. Appetizers, salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, tuna, salmon, specialty sandwiches, pizza, and much more! Elk and buffalo burgers. Guinness and Fosters on tap. Over 30 imports, microbrews and dom
Visited Khaki Jack's for lunch for the first time today. There were quite a few people there over the lunch hour. Decor has an Aussie theme with a bar featuring three screens for sports viewing. I ordered pizza, which comes as a basic (I believe frozen) cheese pizza and toppings are added ala carte. Mine came loaded with sausage, green peppers and mushrooms. The crust was crisp but rather tasteless. My husband ordered a burger with fries and sweet tea. The tea was watered down with no sugar and tasted somewhat like coffee. It had obviously been been made or poured from a container containing coffee. He sent it back and and got a soda instead. The service was very good with two friendly waitresses covering the tables.pollyanna123, thanks for taking the time to write a review on Khaki Jack's. Reviews are very important to us as they help us to better serve our patrons. I'm sorry your experience was less than stellar. Our pizza is homemade, not frozen, with homemade sauce and three cheeses. I am sorry you did not like it. Our iced tea is brewed fresh every day and keep in separate containers. Sugar packets are provided on every table as not everyone likes sugar in their tea. I hope your husband enjoyed his hamburger and fries. Thanks again for the review and I hope you give us another opportunity to serve you.Tony

Tried the new location for this restaurant for the first time.Place is a little larger and more open than previous place, but retains the same basic atmosphere of sports bar with avery good buffet lunch. Salad, taco fixings, pizza, wings andsoup. Nice variety and usually kept well stocked. Friendlywaitstaff and bartenders in a casual atmosphere.

For $5.95 4 or 5 different specials. I had the tendloin with sweet potato fries. Very good. Numerous items from fish, burgers, pizza, appetizers and dinners. Lots of seating.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Our table of 7 had burgers, grilled cheese, salad, and brisket - all were good. We also had the brisket nachos, which where a bit on the small side, in my opinion. We would definitely come here again though.

Obed & Isaacs offers a unique experiences. Historic old stone church building, huge beer garden with 2 bocce ball courts, cornhole(bags) games, jenga, connect four, Dags, and more. great place to go on a nice day. Many of tge food items are good. I had some sort of shrimp, sausage, and cornbread concoction which was stellar. warm beer pretzels with cheeze was tasty. my only real complaint is that the service at the outside bar has been slower than death. EVERY TIME I have been there. I mean so slow that it nearly ruins the otherwise awesome vibe. Attention Management: Step up and put another person outside! Thank you!

Hands down the best meal I have ever eaten in Peoria! We ordered the tuna poke bowl, grilled macaroni & cheese, and the house smoked brisket- all were superb. I enjoyed a flight of local beer with my meal. The service was exceptional. I canât wait to return!
