Discover Restaurants offering the best Pizza food in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States. Elk Grove Village is a village located in northeastern Illinois adjacent to O'Hare International Airport and is a near northwest suburb, touching the city of Chicago. It is one of the Chicago metropolitan area's principal villages due to its large industrial park, located on the eastern border of the village. The village is located primarily in Cook County with a small portion in DuPage County. The population was 33,127 at the 2010 census. As the name suggests, Elk Grove Village is home to a small herd of elk kept in a grove at the eastern edge of the Busse Woods forest preserve for which the grove is named. Elk are not native to the area but were brought by train from Montana by an early resident, William Busse, in the 1920s. The elk are currently maintained by the Chicago Zoological Society veterinary staff and the Busse Woods Forest Preserve wildlife biologists.

This Leona's should be teeming with customers, especially with the baseball diamonds in the park across the street. Maybe, it was just an off night. We were seated immediately and we decided on a stuffed 14 in. Leona's classic - 1950 traditional with Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and mozzarella cheese. Because we had about a 30 minute wait, our server, Isabel, brought us a side Caesar salad and a cup of minestrone soup. Both hit the spot. The pizza arrived almost right on time and it was hot and tasty. We could only eat one piece each, so we ended up taking the other six pieces home for lunch and dinner - or even breakfast. Isabel was very attentive to us and she was friendly and efficient. The total price was very reasonable and we even received a senior discount (how depressing is that sometimes!!!). This Leona's has a bar and it does have several video gaming machines on the bar side. The restaurant (including the restrooms) is very clean and well-kept.
I have been using Munchies for years to do catering at our business. Feeding about 100 persons at a time. The food is fabulous, never a complaint and the caterers continually keep the food fresh and presentable. They set up and take down. Excellent customer service. We have odd hours at times and other businesses would say, they wouldn't serve us early in the morning or late at night. Munchies said, "we never pass up a business opportunity" What a great attitude. We have done pizza's for special meetings and they are delivered piping hot and at the end if we have a crust left over it would be a teeny tiny one that must have been missed. The good is good, the quality is great and the customer service is amazing!
Used Rosati's for takeout - medium sausage/onion thin crust, half slab of ribs, and cannoli. Pizza surprisingly good as I am a Chicagoan and therefore an inveterate pizza snob. Ribs were equally good, but forget the soggy fries. Cannoli was God-awful, but then I'm of German descent so probably can't appreciate the intricacies of a flavorless shell wrapped around indifferent ricotta or marscapone to whatever else was in the middle of the thing.

This was my second time coming to Morettiâs and again they did not disappoint. Their food is phenomenal. From their Chicken Alfredo, to Pizza, to Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It is all amazing. Just rich flavors that melt in your mouth, and make you wana stuff your face until you canât no more. Plus they had Corona on tap! Iâm a huge fan of Corona, but never have I ever found it on tap before so I was super stoked about that. Love the staff, love the environment, LOVE the food! Great place and highly recommend!!
Had a Quattro Stagioni wood fire pizza and Mela salad and both very very good. I want to return and try their regular pizza which looked just as good. You order up front and they bring your order to your table. They offer wine and beer.

Where do I start when talking about Marino's?! Their Chop Salad- Fresh, tasteful and fulfilling. Their pizza's DELICIOUS! But their rigatoni and sausage... Fo-get-about-it!It is simply the best I've ever had! Their house made dressing is also very good. You wont be disappointed with anything they offer! They do have gluten free options as well! The mozzarella sticks are an awesome different take on the traditional; quite delicious. The pizza was some of the best we've had. We chose Da Godmudder and a second pizza with Canadian bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and black Olives. We chose to try because of the high rating and coupon offer. Coaches corner will definitely be a repeat!

We were here last year and it was much better. The waitresses seemed frazzled and one did nothing but complain the entire time we were there. The lasagna was cold in the center and while we would have sent it back we saw our waitress to order and then by the time we saw her again we were done. The clam chowder was good.

I have never had authentic Chicago deep dish pizza before so I asked around and several people told me this was the best place to go. The pizza was delicious! This restaurant was very loud so I wouldnât recommend it for an intimate date night or business dinner. There is a carry out restaurant if you donât have time to wait and there is also frozen pizza for sale. When you order just know that it takes at least 30 minutes for them to bake your pizza so order an appetizer and just be patient.
