We have been coming here for several years to celebrate family birthdays. Tonight while we were waiting for our food, my granddaughter and her friend moved over to the table next to us. Ten year old girls trying to be grown-up. A lady came out from behind the bar and was extremely rude to my granddaughter and her friend telling them not to touch the table and they had to move because "her" girls had the tables clean for the night. I would of gladly wiped the table down for her if it is so much trouble and I would not be half as upset had it not been my granddaughter's birthday dinner. There is no place for being rude to customers in any business. Our waitress seamed to be frustrated with us as well. I realize it can be difficult waiting on a large group with children. Especially children who seem to be misbehaved. People are often too quick to judge people with children who THEY feel are misbehaved without understanding the special needs of a particular child. Our pizza order was incorrect which exhausterbated the situation. My granddaughter's birthday dinner ended up being miserable for all of us due to the rudeness of the staff. Our family will not patronize this restaurant in the future.
Love driving a Pekin to get Godfather's Pizza it is a great place for the family to dine in and eat off the buffet and then bring a couple pies home for later don't forget they have that wonderful hook machine that lets you mix and match whatever flavors you want delicious
We had always eaten at the N Pekin location so decided to give this one a try. Was a week night and only a couple of tables were occupied. Service was good. We did not care for the ranch it has a garlicky taste to it. Wings and pizza as well as cheese bread were very good. Salads.... well first off way to expensive for a side salad then was asked if we would like it loaded which consists of cheese, toamto and bacon said sure. That's was an added $1.50 to an already overpriced side salad in my opinion. Will return for pizza in the future.

Went here on a recommendation and a very short walk to some very good pizza. The weather is getting nice and outside seating is available. I ordered a slice and the thing to keep in mind is the time involved. The "slices" are not just sitting around like they would be at a gas station. They are semi made and then cooked as ordered. Meaning, it takes a few minutes. Drinks are good, service is or needs a little improvement. Ive worked the restaurant business and when they stare through you and continue to chat or stand there....an improvement in in order. Didn't try the bathrooms, DID have two slices of pizza. The also serve RC cola, which tastes different with some drinks when one is wanting coke...it'll do, Better than Pepsi.

Dine in at our restaurant and get a pizza with all of your favorite toppings or try one of our specialty pies like our famous TexMex, ChipChik or Pickle and Olive pizzas. Don't forget the pizzamales! Visit Davis Bros Pizza today!
There are countless pizza places in the world; only one is Davis Bros. Nobody else has pizza that is anything like there's, enough so that locals who move away keep talking about it years later. And even order their pizza through the mail ! Definitely this is a pizza place to visit.

Hopefully this business will continue to stay alive but this might be difficult. Very unique pizza, great when hot but not good leftover. The area is perfect for this restaurant/bar. They should try and franchise on a small scale other wise this might be near the end of this landmark. By the way, much better than Davis Brothers pizza in Peoria and they use the original recipe.

Stopped in for dinner Saturday before Bradley University graduation, and at first we were not sure the restaurant was open, since it was dark from the outside, and once inside, there were very few customers. Since my daughter has eaten here a couple times before, we decided to give it a chance. Overall, the food was decent Italian. Bruschetta was good, as were the entrees and sandwiches we ordered. Service was a little slow, even though there were very few customers in the restaurant, and tables were not cleaned quickly after customers had left.

Third time in a row that service has been very poor. Got waited on fairly quickly this last time, but tried for over 20 minutes to get the waitress's attention after the food was delivered. She ignored me, and I was about to walk out when I realized there was a party near me that I knew, celebrating an 80th birthday and a 60th wedding anniversary. I was trying to get the waitress to see if I could buy the table of 8 a drink, but never got it done in 20-25 minutes, before the group broke up. The waitress also never noted that my drink was dry, didn't check back on me at all. Finally the manager (off duty) came to change TV channels, and I blasted him. It was only then that the waitress showed up.

We make the freshest, highest quality pizza in the area while providing great "small town" service in a family-friendly environment. Our pizzas are made by hand and made-to-order. We use the freshest meats and vegetables you can buy, and we make our dough
We enjoyed some great thin crust pizza: Veggie Delight and the Chicken Spinach Alfredo. The service was nice and quick. The pizza was served promptly and hot. It was a great dinner. Delicious pizza!

Avantiâs Ristorante is known for some great food dishes. The Gondola sandwich is what sets Avantiâs apart from the rest. It features salami, ham, American cheese, and lettuce on what I consider the best Italian bread. The sandwich tastes so good. I live an hour away and Avantiâs is worth the drive.
