The only good thing about our dinner was the delivery service. To our hotel. Food was hot but absolutely horrible. Had chicken fettuccine. The chicken was like a chicken fried steak plopped whole on a bed of fettuccine Alfredo. Horrible. So bad couldn't eat it. Also received a sausage sandwich and it was plain. No sauce. No ketchup. Nothing. BadNever again if all Rosati 's are like this.

We ordered pizzas for a few classroom pizzas parties and they were super helpful with ordering the correct amount of food and organizing the entire transaction. The pizzas arrived hot and fresh and right on time. The kids loved it and we will definitely order from Pietanza's again soon!

This is a really good option for folks who love pizza, but are trying to be a little more aware of diet. During a recent visit, I ordered the Pizza Salad - Asiago thin crust pizza topped with field greens, your choice of add-ins and dressing (I chose roasted chicken, roasted corn, and ranch). It was AWESOME. I got to have my pizza and not feel guilty about it. With the thin crust and high-temp pizza ovens, lunch was ready in no time. My only criticism are the chairs. Their bare metal and not very comfortable. Don't let that stop you from enjoying a great pizza. Enjoyed it very much - I'll be going back.

Went for the first time last night..such a nice place..small, surprisingly intimate for a pizza place....The pizza was dynamite ! Service excellent (thanks Liz) The corn chowder was fabulous..if it came in a 55 gallon drum I'd buy one ! Rich, spicy flavor...excellent start to a meal !!We liked it so much we bought $100 in gift cards to use as holiday gifts....and may keep a couple for ourselves !My advice...go, enjoy and spread the word..this place is great !!!..

We enjoyed two delicious pizzas. One was on the thin crust and the other on the deep-dish crust. Both were loaded with the freshest of ingredients. The crusts were flaky and delicious.Just be aware that it is delivery or carry-out only. It was perfect for our family staying at a nearby hotel in a suite with a place to eat. Worth every penny for this Chicago-favorite!

We have been customers for years. The pizza is simply delicious! The ingredients including cheese are abundant and fresh. The crust can be cooked to order. We like ours well done. Adorable, modern interior. Many tables as well as a bar/counter seating.Had lunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday. Fire is a great local spot. It is very popular. Tasty small plates to share and delicious entrees to enjoy. Service is friendly and focused. The only issue is the lack of reservations. The wait can be very long. In my view this is completely unnecessary. I would certainly visit much more often if I could make reservations and avoid the long wait.Hello GlennR, thank you for the review. We appreciate your words and you taking the time to write. In order to honor reservations, Tables must be held open so that when you walk in you have a table immediately available. There are many complications with reservations that are unknown to the general public and typically loss of business due to holding tables open. Our call ahead priority seat list basically acts like a reservation and the goal is to seat you immediately, however sometimes we cannot predict when a table will get up before you and many people sit longer than expected so you may end up waiting a little bit. On a typical busy night our wait can be up to an hour and a half to two hours for walk in business, and the call ahead list will get sat within 15 to 30 minutes. Which in reality is a typical wait time for reservations in most busy restaurants. So call ahead days or weeks in advance and get on the priority seating list. It truly works. Thank you again.
