Was traveling home and needed some dinner. The place was packed, but we were immediately seated.Service was extremely fast and very pleasant.Standard Mexican fare, great prices.Seems like this is where everyone in Mokena goes for dinner. They were very popular but we didnât have to wait for a table or for our food!So good.

Food here is very tasty and attractively presented. We love their wide variety of salads--our favorite--Mandarin orange with grilled shrimp. I have also had their burger, and LOVE their salmon plate. If you don't want to wait for a table, sit at the bar and the bartender will take good care of you.

Restaurant was not busy but the server was more interested in talking to other servers the taking care of us, After finally being served, the Steak Chimichanga was great. Lots of steak with just the right amount of lettuce. My wife had Chicken Tacos which did not have taste and flavor to them.
Was never here before and sorry I wasn't. They have great tacos at very reasonable prices and very friendly service.

Thursday being half off margaritas made our visit not the best. Service was slow. Ran out of menus. Asked for water several times. No bus boys. Waitress handles it all, so I guess you have to be patient. Overall, everyone was satisfied with the drinks and food. I think going on another night may be a better choice.

We were greeted quickly this time at the register after we walked in. The person who does the dining register also does the drive-up register and sometimes it takes awhile for them to come over to us and take her order. Not this time though. We ordered quickly and the transaction was taken care of while they sleep. The food came up kind of quickly. It wasn't busy at all so I thought it might be faster but it didn't take a long time either though. The food was really hot and fresh too. The items were really stuff this time too and it was delicious.

A friend told us about this place!! Kinda hidden in the corner of a strip mall.. We came for lunch, we had a couple Modeloâs. They start you with chips and salsa.. I had the steak quesadilla dinner, my friend had the tostada dinner. Everything was Very Good, the rice and beans were perfect.. Really nice place to do lunch or dinner...
We went at noon and the line was very close to the door. Luckily, the line goes pretty fast. The ingredients are very fresh and they keep the food area relatively clean. The crew behind the glass is very friendly. Once I sat down I did not enjoy the lunch experience. The music is loud and I found myself talking loudly so the person across from me could hear me. The chairs and tables are not comfortable. We were there 20 minutes and not once did anyone come out and wipe down tables. When I walked out the doors I was glad lunch was over because I couldn't take the loud music.

While we were waiting for our hotel room to be readied, we stopped here for a late lunch. The place was constantly busy, a good sign. My wife and I each ordered one of their burritos and they were huge! I had their basic burrito for $5.75 and certainly got my money's worth. The tacos are also reasonably priced and good. Good salsa as well. Definitely a place to try out if you are looking for some good basic Mexican food. Only drawback is that they don't serve beer-a cold beer would have been the perfect accompaniment to the meal.

But make sure youâve discussed everything before you walk in: the music is crazy loud. Had some early problems with drinks, but they seem to have it nailed down. In fact, great bar. Too bad they are pretty slow. Isnât the bar where the money is? That says something about management. I like the tacos/tostadas choices, but the beans and rice are lacking. Empanadas are a good choice.
