I used to frequent this place for carry out and it was delicious. However, the last few times I had the cheese, thin crust it hasn't been the same. Cheese was good tasting and plentiful; however, there wasn't enough sauce (requested extra), and the crust was soggy. I'm sad to say that I won't be returning.

This is a basic, pizza, Italian restaurants. The decor is nice... a bit dark. The service was very good The pizza was fine, just nothing spectacular. The salad was quite bland. It's not a bad place to eat, but I would not make a point to travel to eat there.

Within the last year, Superossa in Woodridge certainly did. Veal Marsala, what once was my wife's and my favorite dish was the main reason for coming. However, a spot on traditional dish has turned into some kind of kitchen experiment introducing tomato sauce and red peppers which overpower the Marsala wine flavor. Apparently, this is the new recipe going forward since we suffered through it the last two tries. In addition, the (new?) cook over salts every dish we had including the chicken and pasta fagioli soups, veal marsala and chicken picatta.
Nothing compared to Lou Malnati's or Giordano's deep dish but that's ok. Great local pizza place. Football size feeds an army & great if you need to serve 4 hungry guys & don't want to order 2-3 pizzas. Sometimes sauce can be a little on the light side. BBQ chicken definitely needs more sauce every time we've ordered it. Side appetizers good & generous.

Ok so the family and I decided to check out the Mother's Day brunch this year and I'll say this, that for $37 I expected better, much better actually. The food was ok. Definitely not bad but also not fantastic which is what you'd expect for $37 a person plus service charge. For example, for that kind of money I really feel like the missed the mark on some very basic things. You'd expect that they'd have plain scrambled eggs, right? Well you'd have to stand in line at the omelet station which is ridiculous if all you want are plain eggs, nothing fancy like an omelet. And what about eggs Benedict?? $37 and no Benedict?? Also, why not have waffles along with the French toast which was chewy by the way? Who has chicken vesuvio without vesuvio potatoes??? All and all I'm disappointed that this place really missed an opportunity to be fantastic! I mean the food was decent but they just really missed the mark here especially when there are other Sunday brunch's that included all of the things mentioned here and then some for half of the cost. Like literally half, not joking here!! I feel kind of ripped off for what we paid compared to what we got. This place was ok but not worth the money in my opinion. Next time I'll stick to our usual brunch place.

Grazie, thank you for an awesome experience which started with superb waitstaff and an assistant manager who was very attentive to our satisfactions. The white fish with white wine sauce and garnished with onions mushrooms. My husband has the salmon with asparagus and sautéed veggies. Dessert was moist almond cake and gelatoâ¤ï¸oh and the calamari was lightly battered to perfection!

We were here for a birthday dinner. The place is bright and clean and nicely decorated. They only had one round table that would seat six and it was in the bar. Not bad but we were caught in the cross breeze of the front door and side door that the delivery drivers used. On a 15 degree day it was cold every time the doors opened. The food was OK. Just OK. I Had the chicken parm and it was limp and disappointing. 2 decent size breasts but small serving of pasta. With the salad included it was almost $19. Pretty steep for fast casual and it wasnât that good. Every one else was about as pleased but not overwhelmed.Service was good. It seemed that our waitress was hovering and trying to move us on. We ate very early to avoid just this service but still felt rushed. The bottom line is this place wast fast casual and pricey fast casual at that. With a wide variety of choices in this food group youâre not missing much by passing on this place.Hello,We're sad to hear the meal and service was not up to par. Home Run Inn's three Chicago pizza restaurants and six in the Chicagoland area give you plenty of places to try our authentic homemade pizza. Or enjoy our frozen pizza made with the same all-natural ingredients, homemade sauces and sausage without a singl
We hosted my mom's 70th birthday at the HRI in Darien. Debbie was our server and amazing! Their were 21 people and we had plenty of food! No one went home hungry, matter of fact most took home leftovers. It was just a pleasant event with no issue.

By far the most outstanding thin crust pizza in DuPage County. We have been ordering pizza from Papa's for 21 years and it is still as excellent to this day as it was the day we first walked in to the place. Just as amazing is their fried chicken. They make it fresh to order so it's a bit of a wait and when you get it you best not try and eat it right away as you will scorch your mouth, that's how fresh it is. But when you do bite into it all the juices will run out and you will sink your teeth into the most crispiest breading and juiciest tender chicken you have ever eaten. You can tell this is not your typical pre-cooked chain restaurant chicken places. Their soups and appetizers are devine as well. No matter what you order you can't go wrong. But if you do like thin crust pizza and fried chicken this place is a must try for sure. You won't be disappointed.

She was attentive but not a pest, so much fun but not overbearing...her timing was perfect... the food was delicious and the portions were huge. We had the ravioli and lasagna.... Frankie are table server assistant was great...he kept our table served and was also very attentive...definitely will be back again soon
