Passed by for years. Finally stopped in. Great atmosphere. Service was good. Server was a bit off his game but not a deal killer. Good wine selection. Food was really good. Salamone Romano (pictured), Chicken Napoleon and Pasta & Vodka Sauce. All good. Portions good. Thought the prices were a bit high. Give it a try.

Thought the pizza was great. Choose either thin or thick crust and and individualize toppings. Also had sandwiches, pasta and other choices. Staff friendly and attentive. Told about a salad and pizza option we hadnât seen on the menu which was perfect for lunch.

Very quaint and comfortable atmosphere. Food and service are excellent. Dishes are fresh and well presented. Highly recommended. Old school Italian at its finest.

This was my second time coming to Morettiâs and again they did not disappoint. Their food is phenomenal. From their Chicken Alfredo, to Pizza, to Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It is all amazing. Just rich flavors that melt in your mouth, and make you wana stuff your face until you canât no more. Plus they had Corona on tap! Iâm a huge fan of Corona, but never have I ever found it on tap before so I was super stoked about that. Love the staff, love the environment, LOVE the food! Great place and highly recommend!!

Buona is a quick casual restaurant chain that features Original Italian Beef, Pizza, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches and Salads.
This Buona Beef is an outlying building in the Barrington Square Mall Shopping Center. There is plenty of parking and there is really good access in to and out of the parking lot from Higgins Rd. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. The staff is efficient and very pleasant. We both usually have the kids-size beef sandwich as the regular size sometimes seems too big. We had one of the beef sandwiches dipped and with both types of peppers. The other was just a regular beef. The prices and menu are typical.

We were with a 30 person group here, pretty evenly split between kids and adults, for a team dinner during a soccer tournament. They take and handle large groups here well. Itâs a big facility and pretty noisy, with lots and lots of sports TV screens up on the walls. Thereâs an extensive menu, heavy on red sauce Italian classics as well as thin and Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The deep dish pizza is really rthick, 3 to 4 inches in depth, and very, very heavy with thick tomato sauce. The thin crust pizza is totally at the other end of the spectrum with some of the thinest crust and topping layers Iâve ever seen. Too thin from my point of view. I loved the very large, spicy meatballs I had with a big plate of spaghetti. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meals. The only issue our group experienced was a somewhat slow and disjointed food and drink service. Food trickled out erratically throughout the evening and there was perhaps as much as a 20-25â gap between when the first and last people in our group got their entreeâs after a pretty long post order delay. It made for a pretty long night. On the other had, our group was a large one and it was a Saturday night, so some delay was to be expected. Given the high quality of food and enjoyable venue this is good spot for a good meal with a large group.

Love this place! The food is fabulous, the ambiance is pleasant and weâve never had anything less than excellent service. The eggplant parmigiana, served on a bed of vermicelli, melts in your mouth. Momma's lasagna is much better than my momma's pasta. The Taylor Street Baked Ziti is true Chicago Italian. The portions are huge and the fresh bread is refilled if you want. If you order one of the classic or speciality pastas you get a free pasta to take home (they freeze well). Maggiano's prices are an exceptional value, especially for a white tablecloth, full service restaurant. Want to avoid the crowd and parking crunch, go for a late lunch or early dinner.

On 4 different visits, I specifically asked for my Pizza to be CUT: SQUARE CUT!EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES... and the manager was there when one occurred!ORDERED FROM COUNTER and How do you not get it correctly? 1. FORGOT TO READ THE TICKET and CUT it PIE CUT: Pizza Maker!2. ORDER TAKER: Forgot to document on the order thus CUT again as PIE CUT! 3. AGAIN, ORDER TAKER: Forgot to document it on the order and incorrectly CUT!4. AGAIN, Pizza Maker forgot to read the ticket and cut it as PIE CUT vs Square CUT.I did not want it cut as PIE CUT because it is TOO BIG to hold and toppings fall off. Thus, if cut SQUARE CUT, it is easier to handle especially for children.Quality Control missing....I get once or twice but 4 TIMES.... SEE YA!

The finest Italian food I've had outside of Italy!(847) 358-5506
Don't be fooled by the strip shopping center location, this is the opposite of a chain restaurant. Wonderful Italian food; pastas, fish and excellent veal; an unusually large menu for such a tiny place. Reservation are recommended, especially on weekends. Service is relaxed and very welcoming.

I have never had authentic Chicago deep dish pizza before so I asked around and several people told me this was the best place to go. The pizza was delicious! This restaurant was very loud so I wouldnât recommend it for an intimate date night or business dinner. There is a carry out restaurant if you donât have time to wait and there is also frozen pizza for sale. When you order just know that it takes at least 30 minutes for them to bake your pizza so order an appetizer and just be patient.
