This place has a great location looking out over Lake Zurich, nice outdoor deck and overhead doors that open the whole place to the outside. Good appetizers, sandwiches, etc. Great service. Would definitely recommend this as a stop on your summer outings list.

Go here once a year following a running race in Cary. It is always crowded this day but they never disappoint. Food is good and servers attentive. Nice that they know this day is busy and are prepared. Decent beer selection.

The place to be on the Fox River situated on 7 acres and featuring unmatched views, year round dining, upper level restaurant & SkyDeck, the best of outdoor entertainment, McHenry County's largest beer garden, daily special events, and a full service mari
We have avoided this place, as it looked a bit biker bar. This weekend we decided to give it a try as a band we like was playing. Good live music experience, only a few late middle age chicks thinking they were still in their prime of the 80's trying to dance, awkward and embarrassing. Now for the only issue, the price of the drinks, $21 for a double shot of Jack Daniels, and a white house wine, granted this is a cheap beer type of place, think $1 Old Style etc.I get they don't make much on people like me, that don't drink crap, life is too brief to drink cheap booze. However, I advise anyone to go to a another bar to drink, and just have water there. We will go back for the music, but never order drinks. Also FYI, the ladies only has 2 stalls, just what you need, bunch of women waiting to go, after drinking water masquerading as beer. I wish I could give 2.5 as a rating, as it was just below average, but not horrible. We learned a $21 lesson, now you don't have to.
No Wake Bar and Grill is a family friendly beach style restaurant/bar located on the fox river. Great food, great atmosphere and friendly service is what we strive for. Kitchen is open from 11:30am to 9:00pm daily.
Easy access off the river, big electric sign pointing to the entrance. Nice docks. The atmosphere, service and food great. Try the homemade chips, salsa and guacomole. Very tasty burgers. Refreshing cocktails and beer on tap. I highly recommend eating here.

We were introduced to Bobbyâs by friends and were so thankful they did! Best local breakfast spot with great food and atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you feel as though youâre at a friends house for breakfast. The owner and staff walk around saying hi and always recognize you when you come back. The food is great and reasonably priced. Even the customers are all pleasant to each other and feels like youâre visiting with old friends. Would highly recommend this place for a stop and donât forget to try the NY strip with eggs or the pancakes!

A nice combination of good views, good vibe and good food. Try and get a window table or eat outside. The service was friendly, the menu of good size and the food was hot and in good quantity.

Stopped in here with family after a school event to get a later dinner. Friendly, accommodating staff. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. There's a family friendly dining room separate from the bar area and a private area for parties. Nice list of specials and good pub food. Would come again when in the area.

Lindyâs Landing Restaurant & Marina is a family owned and operated, waterfront restaurant on Bangs Lake. Located in downtown Wauconda, Lindyâs is the place to be for great food, live entertainment, and pure relaxation.
Good and bad: First the good. Vanessa, our server, was awesome. 16 oz. prime rib cut excellent. Appetizers of calamari and bang bang shrimp awesome. Now the bad. Menu in restaurant not even close to matching items in online menu. 12 oz. prime rib cut not good. Overcooked. Mashed potatoes room temperature. Broccoli room temperature. All in all, not worth the price paid.

Our excellent server John, helped make our first visit definitely not our last. Food was fantastic and they went above and beyond in accommodating an additional dish I wanted to take home, tailoring it to my want! Corned Beef and Cabbage was exactly what I'd been jonesing for and was extremely generous in portions and most delicious! Took home a lamb stew Shepherd's Pie that is to kill for! My companion had the regular Shepherd's Pie, which is one of the best I've ever had. Great selection of draught brews and bottles, and wine.We sat out on the front Porch with a view of the street and people watched while having lunch. Great experience, and we will definitely return!!
