We sat in bar area and recd very good service from Elizabeth Drinks were brought to table right away. We had outstanding potato skins. Crisp, bacon, cheese, onion and sour cream on side. My wife ordered what she thought was the Sybergs grilled chicken sandwich with slaw. When was brought to the table it was not a sandwich. Seeing the look on her face Elizabeth brought grilled Texas toast to be used. Overall was ok.I had the fish and chips. Thought this was very good. Fish was nicely breaded and crisp. Chips were waffle cut potatoes and very good.

Was told by friends fletchers will start having a breakfast buffet on the first Sunday in November.great, always up for a good buffet. First let me say our waiter was very nice and took good care of us.that being said,I ordered a bloody mary, with celery salt on the glass rim, came with margarita salt. I can live with that. No lime,no olives,no celery and nothing but mix and vodka and not much of that. So we all go to the " Buffet" all there is ,scrambled eggs, over done bacon, sausage patties.no potatoes, cold toast,no cheese for the eggs, nothing else $6.00 bloody Mary,$9.00 for the "BUFFET" need to research breakfast buffet prior to actually having one. Wont be back.highly disappointed.Hi - Thanks for your feedback. It's not always easy hearing when a customer is disappointed, but it is certainly how we get better. "Buffet-style" is not how we normally prepare or serve food, so we are working on how to make sure the items are hot and ready when you are. We are planning on adding some additional items and other equipment to help with these Sunday buffet's moving forward. As for the Blood Mary's, I believe there was some miscommunication. There is a pretty extensive bar set up for each customer to customize their drink. We only deliver the vodka/mix to your table. You add the cheese, bacon, hot asparagus, salami, olives, etc. from the bar set-up. Again, thanks for the feedback. We'll use it to get better, so we hope you will give us another chance....at least for another Bloody Mary!

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
I dislike writing bad reviews, as it's possible it was a bad day for the restaurant. This visit didn't make me feel a welcome customer by anyone. There was a wait when we arrived on a busy Saturday evening. The hostess said the wait would be around 30 minutes it was much less. We got to our table and it took a while for the waitress to make an appearance. She was quick to take our drink order and appetizer at the same time. My child wanted the strawberry lemonade which requires the bar to make and the waitress either didn't have time to wait on it or just didn't get over there for a while as it took a while to get to the table. I did notice a couple of management type people around the restaurant. There was a man dressed in dress pants and shirt with a tie, as well as a woman who was dressed in all black unlike the rest of the staff who had nametags and clothing with Fridays slogans. Either way they were poor managers as their staff was continually making mistakes and they were not rounding tabled to check or ask if they had problems. The staff spend much time waiting at the kitchen window for food, all while they could be filling drinks or checking on customers. Both the wife and I had to wait a while on refills, while the waitress passed us several times with food for other tables and running back and forth with tickets. My wife had a view of the area food was being picked up, she said many plates sat for a while before being picked up. She also saw someone standing there rearranging items on the plate with their bare hands. So the food; so so. The "soft" pretzel appetizer was over cooked and nearly burned, it looked as though the grease needed changed or had been over heated. The wife's bread on her sandwich was black on one side, clearly hurried and toasted too long. She had asked for onion rings and only received 4. I had asked for onion rings and had closer 7 or 8 of which nearly all of them were overcooked and tough to bite into from either being cooked too long or the grease needing replaced. The waitress seemed to be rushed anytime at our table, yet the table behind us, had an issue with the cooking of a steak and the manager brought out another one. When we were nearly done, a cook came out trying to bring me another burger, after he found out I already had the one he took it back to the kitchen window, where my wife said he removed the onion rings and then took it to another table. I am going to suggest against this restaurant when it's busy. They can't keep up with demand, they have an uncaring staff, along with the fact they need to do some retraining of the cooks. I would also suggest that management makes rounds to tables to make their self available to comments or concerns.

Being from out of state we entered the address of what we THOUGHT was the brewery - 4204 W. Main into our GPS. When we walked in the front door what we found was a restaurant! We noticed the couple that walked in the door just ahead of us was just as confused as we were. The restaruant host walked the couple to a pub adjoining the restaruant and we followed. It's an enclosed patio w/ open screens in front, a bar and tons of tables but has no AC. It was 90 degrees outside and it was unbearablly hot!! A few ceiling fans and one large fan in the back didn't cool it down. We walked out back to check out the beer garden and it's lovely w/ trees, picnic tables, shaded sitting areas, game area w/ cornhole and other games, a play area for kids and a small deck w/ misters. The outside bar was staffed but did not carry all their beers and did not offer flights, so we walked back inside to the stifling pub and took a seat at the empty bar. Even tho there were guests at just 2 tables, 3 staff members kept walking by us and we were ignored for over 10 min before a bartender finally showed up; saying he's covering both bars. Since the outside bar was staffed by a female, I'm guessing there is a bar inside the restaurant too. The bartender immediately left to get us a food menu even tho we didn't ask for food, it's apparent they push their food. Due to the oppressive heat, we had to move to a table near an open door to get a slight breeze. The friendly bartender took our beer flight order (were out of 2 beers) and shared some basic info on the beers. The beers were Ok, nothing jumped out at us altho it's all a matter of preference. Being so hot, our cold beers quicky turned warm.. yuk! We did not order any food. Our bartender shared that the restauant / original brewery was sold to new owners and they got to keep the name and serve 4204's beer. He said they have a great relationship with the brewery. I'm thinking if they had such a great relationship, there would be a sign out front stating this is NOT the real brewery anymore and would list the real brewery's address - 6435 W. Main Street, a short distance down the street. And if they really want to promote 4204's beers, their pub would have a/c in summer to proivde a comfortable drinking experience. Overall it was dissapointing experience. Just want a 4204 brew? Go to the brewery new instead.

Whether you're dining-in, ordering online for carryout, or placing a delivery order, the best food can be found here. Our BYOB (Build Your Own) burgers are hand crafted with 100% beef. Seafood? We've got that too. It makes sense, seeing as how the first H
This Hooters was promoted as serving the finest Wings. Period! The bacon wrapped variety represented "The Best". Personally, I found the bacon to be cooked properly but add little to the very average offerings. The wings are on the small side and typical of what can be found at any bar. The sauces were also average. The 1/2 pound of steamed shrimp was nothing special. Looked to be closer to 1/3 pound of 60 count shrimp with no special seasoning for $11.49. I would not get these in the future. The winner was the Buffalo Shrimp. These were tasty although pricy.Pricing is aggressive which prompted the downgrade from average to to below average. Perhaps this is to cover the incremental cost of Hooter Girls (not special enough to warrant the pricing)I can see why this chain is losing momentum.

If I lived here, I would eat here all the time because the pizza was so good. They make the pizzas in a wood fire & have an open kitchen so you can actually watch the process if you want to. We had the shrimp scampi pizza which was beyond excellent & also the margarita pizza which was really good as well. The staff was very friendly & welcoming upon walking in & our server was extremely attentive, coming over frequently to refill drinks & check on us. I would honestly say this is one of the best pizzas Iâve had outside of NY. EmmmEsss,Thank you so much for the positive review! We are so pleased that your visit was so great! The shrimp scampi pizza is one of our favorites, made with fresh ingredients and topped with that garlic chive butter! We are so lucky that we have such amazing waitstaff. Hope you make it back to see us on your next visit!

This was my first visit to Cheddars. What a pleasant surprise! Now I understand the name, "Scratch Kitchen." The atmosphere was upscale....I expected the normal bar & grille atmosphere and food. Not so. The service was great, too (Brandi B.). And the fact that they had a Monte Cristo sandwich was the clincher for me. It's one of my favorites and I never find it at other restaurants, or if I do, it's usually a disappointment. Kudos to Cheddars!

The service in this restaurant was wonderful. Tia was attentive and quick with our order. The food on the other hand was not good at all. The meatloaf was terrible, brussel sprouts way over cooked, the chicken in the salad wad dry as a bone and hard to eat. Great service not great food, not even good food.

If you want an impressive burger, try this fun place. I do honestly love the food here. I feel like, itâs kinda pricy for a burger place. I guess you have to consider the atmosphere and table service plus consistent food quality. These are steak burgers and quite large. The âcampfireâ sauce and French fries are the best! Oh and you gotta get an onion tower (perfect onion rings). So plan to spend $15-20 or more per person easily. Free refills on many specialty beverages too. Not usually a long wait but parking can get very congested. Thereâs a lot of hard surfaces that reflect sound so maybe not an intimate place for conversation with a date or couples. Still Iâve never had a bad meal or service here. Check it out when itâs not a peak time in Fairview Heights.
