We stop here often when we stay at the Paradice Hotel and Casino. Burgers are great, cooked to perfection. Many, many choices to choose from! Plenty of appetizer choices, too. Cold beer and many other different drinks to pick from. It was perfect weather to sit on the outside area. Could sit there all day, have a few drinks, and watch the world go by. CJ was our server, and she did a very good job! The place is kind of dilapidated looking, but don't let that stop you from coming here. A very, very casual place. A fun place to hang out! We will be back.

We invite you to "Eat Well and Drink Better Beer" with us in a historic 1889 church that is an icon to downtown Peoria. Our house-made brews and ciders will help you wash down our broad menu of upscale pub fare with a twist. Our location is family-friendl
Obed & Isaacs offers a unique experiences. Historic old stone church building, huge beer garden with 2 bocce ball courts, cornhole(bags) games, jenga, connect four, Dags, and more. great place to go on a nice day. Many of tge food items are good. I had some sort of shrimp, sausage, and cornbread concoction which was stellar. warm beer pretzels with cheeze was tasty. my only real complaint is that the service at the outside bar has been slower than death. EVERY TIME I have been there. I mean so slow that it nearly ruins the otherwise awesome vibe. Attention Management: Step up and put another person outside! Thank you!

Kuchie's on the Water is a waterfront restaurant and bar located in Creve Coeur,IL, about 10 minutes from downtown Peoria, IL. Known for having the best bloody mary in Peoria (voted best of the best 5 years in a row by the Peoria Journal Star), come try o
I was running solo while out doing errands. I stopped in for a burger. 1/2 lb burger, spicy fries, and coke was 9.75. Service was great, she was very attentive. Burger was subpar processed pattie. Fries were more like long branch, spicy. There was only 5 or 6 people there, including a young girl at the bar, but she felt she had to talk loud enough for everybody to hear, dropping the F bomb very frequently. Just not necessary, but nobody said anything to her. Just not a comfortable atmosphere, I won't return.
We had our monthly meeting and dinner here. We had a private area and mangement waited. The guy handled fried chicken pieces by hand twice that slid off plate! He wasn't really a waiter as he didn't serve correctly or check on us for drinks. Otherwise the food was fine and service reasonably quick.

The eclectic decor is just plain fun (see the pictures). The menu is relatively small, but what we tried was done very well. The hard-working kitchen is visible fro the tables. My wife had barbecued shrimp & grits, turned out to be a tasty surprise. Evenings they have live music. And it's convenient to the riverfront action.
We were hunting for a different place, but couldn't find it. Saw the recommendation for here on TripAdvisor. They have specials most nights, rather inexpensive menu when looking at the specials. 20 wings=$7.50, 5 bottles beer $10.Seems to be a local hang out. Not speedy service, could have been the pizza, Pizza very thick, rather loaded, had to take a good length of time to cook through. Extremely good pizza and a 12 inch goes a long way between two people.

It was huge anddelicious! A large portion of misc. vegetables with a blended gravy saucecovered with cheese and mashed potatoes. Excellent and filling! Our group will surely return.

Family-owned restaurant serving artisanal barbecue. Large selection of craft beer and whisky. NO RESERVATIONS. NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE GROUPS. CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
What really impresses me about this restaurant is that the food is consistently good the service is consistently good for years and they give employees off Monday and Tuesday. No it doesnât have a wide ranging menu but what it has is good and I like it because you donât have to get huge meals my wife and I are both small eaters so she gets the Asian tacos and I get the small order of chicken wings with a side of potato salad total bill $21 and change highly recommend

Hands down the best meal I have ever eaten in Peoria! We ordered the tuna poke bowl, grilled macaroni & cheese, and the house smoked brisket- all were superb. I enjoyed a flight of local beer with my meal. The service was exceptional. I canât wait to return!
