We love going to Tsukasa because, honestly we never have had a bad experience. For more than 25 years, we have celebrated our daughter's birthday in the main dining room and have enjoyed the food and the presentation. Recently, my husband and I decided to try the small dining room by the bar. Sunday's they open at 4 p.m and it was perfect for a quaint dinner for two in one of their comfortable booths. We enjoyed the same delicious food as we have always had and the service was wonderful. When I read reviews about Tsukasa being a bit "pricey" I compare their prices to other restaurants we frequent and I do believe they are comparable in price but excel in value. I had a hibachi chicken dish and my husband had the hibachi scallops. Both dishes were delicious but the Tempura Calamari we shared was exquisite. The price was less than in the main dining hall just because there was no elaborate presentation of cooking the food, yet the food was still outstanding. Tsukasa is at the top of my list of places to visit on any occasion. Like we said, "Why wait for a birthday?"
I love the bul go ki here. I really enjoy the wasabi marinated daikon they offer with the bul go ki and something I have not seen at other Korean restaurants. Just can't get enough of this place. Decor is like most Korean restaurants.

Went to this restaurant and ordered take out. The food itself was OK, nothing special and reasonably priced. The few tables there were very basic and fine if you are in a hurry but this is not a place to dine in per se.

One of our favorites. We like the soups (Tom Yum and Tom Kar), kids like Pad Thai and Pad Se Ewe, I love yellow curry. The Chicken Satay is also good. Only thing I donât like is that they charge extra for jasmine rice even when ordering curries.

Being a vegetarian, Sushi choices are always limited. This restaurant has great options ... their combinations item for vegetarian on the menu has a great variety. Even my colleagues like the non veg options... the ambience is great and the place is very busy.

We gave Osaka a 2nd chance after a 5 month absence. Incredibly, they seem to have gotten their act together (even though the "help wanted" sign is still there). BIG city quality on the border of Mundelein and Vernon Hills. You can taste the FRESH. Recommend King Crab and Madam Butterfly rolls. We always order the Niku noodles to go after dinner for our next day meal. This is at the high end of being a mid priced restaurant depending on your appetite and thirst.

If you like Korean food, why haven't you eaten here?Went again for dinner with my wife. I continue to be impressed, and she loved it. This is a great value for the moneyâportions are on the large side. We both tried new dishes that we found delightful. The food we saw served at other tables looked delicious, too.The Kimchee Panjun is like a cross between a pancake and pizza. Very savory by itself, combined with the dipping sauce produces a new, subtle flavor. It also has just the right amount of spiciness. The Jaeyook Bokkum (pork, spicy, with vegetables, served with rice) has a blend of flavors that seem to change as you chew. The level of spice is perfect. The Dookbaegi Bulgogi is a sort of noodle stew with beef, cellophane noodles, veggies, and broth. Again, the flavors are subtle but clear. Wonderful dish.Everything arrives HOT, except the side dishes which are served cold. Don't neglect them, either as palette clearers or simply of themselves.Service is good, considering the small staff (apparently the family.) Very courteous and eager to please.

Chose ChiliU because our son was craving poutine which ended up not being so great. The chili, however, was really good and the one I chose wasnât spicy which is exactly what I wanted.

e had the hot sour soup ( a bit heavy on the vinegar) that was full of shrimp, sprouts, meat an vegetables. The beef and black mushrooms was delicious as were the Singapore noodles. The place was spotless and the service was excellent. Huge portions. We had to bring half of the food home.

We went here for lunch and it was good but I do not think worth $90. We had one appetizer, two rolls, and a shrimp burger and fries. The rolls were good but nothing spectacular. The appetizer was ahi wrapped in filo, it probably was the best tasting of our lunch. The shrimp burger should be removed from their menu and it really just seemed like a frozen shrimp patty with lots of breading, deep fried. I would never or it again. The waitress was of zero help, her response to questions was get what you want. If she could or would have described the food the shrimp patty would NOT have been ordered. The place itself is very modern and clean, the service was average at best. Probably will not return. Thank you for your feedback; it only helps us get better. We hope to see you soon at Shakou. #ExperienceShakou
