A great local find for sushi. A contemporary but casual place for sushi. Good selection of maki rolls and nigiri. All the fish was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The tempura was excellent!!! Wait staff were excellent and attentive.Great selection of beers and sake.

I don't remember if it was called Hunan Palace 40 years ago; I do know that since the first time I/we ate at what has been Hunan Palace for at least the past 25 years I have never had anything other than a great meal. The food at Hunan Palace is tasty; if you want, the food at Hunan Palace will be spicy(Hot) and regardless it will be plentiful. Great Egg rolls and Hunan chicken or beef.

The service is "Thai relaxed", meant to enable you to rest and relax while you contemplate which amazingly delicious starter iron entree to order. I know Thai food well, and this us authentic, down to kafir limes and Thai basil. Love Tom Kai, green curry, and chicken satay....this is great comfort food, well prepared and graciously served.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant north of Argyle street in Chicago. Excellent spring rolls..,very good pho and great Vietnamese sandwiches. The salt and pepper shrimp is very good. I've been here often and tried much of what they offer and never have I been disappointed. Most people in the area around the restaurant don't know the gem this place is. I've got a 15 ride to get here but it's an hour to Argyle street. Hopefully people from the area start supporting this place. Right now it's mostly Asian people in the restaurant, they get it how good this place is and hopeful others will too.

We had an enjoyable hibachi dinner along with some sushi while visiting the area for my sonâs boot camp graduation. Dinner was very nice, but like any hibachi style restaurant, they all have their own special sauces/dressings, which were slightly different than weâre used to, however, it was still good, just different. My son ordered Sushi and Tempura and both were very good. Our cook was fun and personable and did a great job cooking our individual meals.

Easy place to choose when you are looking for cool rolls and a blend of sushi and Thai food. Staff are great and owners are generous and give back to the community.

One of our favorites. We like the soups (Tom Yum and Tom Kar), kids like Pad Thai and Pad Se Ewe, I love yellow curry. The Chicken Satay is also good. Only thing I donât like is that they charge extra for jasmine rice even when ordering curries.

Chose ChiliU because our son was craving poutine which ended up not being so great. The chili, however, was really good and the one I chose wasnât spicy which is exactly what I wanted.

We went here for lunch and it was good but I do not think worth $90. We had one appetizer, two rolls, and a shrimp burger and fries. The rolls were good but nothing spectacular. The appetizer was ahi wrapped in filo, it probably was the best tasting of our lunch. The shrimp burger should be removed from their menu and it really just seemed like a frozen shrimp patty with lots of breading, deep fried. I would never or it again. The waitress was of zero help, her response to questions was get what you want. If she could or would have described the food the shrimp patty would NOT have been ordered. The place itself is very modern and clean, the service was average at best. Probably will not return. Thank you for your feedback; it only helps us get better. We hope to see you soon at Shakou. #ExperienceShakou
