Our burgers are hand formed and delivered from local Midwest farms. Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin provide our Certified Angus beef blend. A combination of brisket and chuck make for an ideal meaty texture and juicy burger experience. We don't stop with bu
If you are looking for a decent burger or a specialty burger this is the place for you. Burgers range from shrimp to black bean and other combinations. Service is "spotty", especially if you are a twosome. Seating is a problem(tables of 8) aand wait times can be long.Prices ar fair for a 1/2# hamberger, but on the steep side.

Wheaton has a plethora of wonderful breakfast places and Egg Lectic is right at the top. If you go a bit early or a bit later than the crazy brunch hours, you should be seated right away. The coffee is good and the cup bottomless. I love the basic meat and two eggs but sometimes I splurge and order one of the French Toast offerings. So good! My husband prefers just about any form of egg as long as it's stuffed and sauced and Egg Lectic's menu has plenty of choices there. During the warmer months, there is limited outdoor seating. Parking is generally easy and you rarely have to walk more than a block. Go and enjoy!

A bunch of ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) ladies came because one of our members had a coupon for $10 off $50. We all tried something different. Several of us had salads we were really happy with. One had a ham and swiss sandwich. One lady had a quiche, Only the fish tacos were a disappointment. The view was nice but will be even better in summer when we have a conference in the area. They had a lunch box raffle contest going on. We will be back in June and maybe a few times before.

Fire is a great local spot. It is very popular. Tasty small plates to share and delicious entrees to enjoy. Service is friendly and focused. The only issue is the lack of reservations. The wait can be very long. In my view this is completely unnecessary. I would certainly visit much more often if I could make reservations and avoid the long wait.Hello GlennR, thank you for the review. We appreciate your words and you taking the time to write. In order to honor reservations, Tables must be held open so that when you walk in you have a table immediately available. There are many complications with reservations that are unknown to the general public and typically loss of business due to holding tables open. Our call ahead priority seat list basically acts like a reservation and the goal is to seat you immediately, however sometimes we cannot predict when a table will get up before you and many people sit longer than expected so you may end up waiting a little bit. On a typical busy night our wait can be up to an hour and a half to two hours for walk in business, and the call ahead list will get sat within 15 to 30 minutes. Which in reality is a typical wait time for reservations in most busy restaurants. So call ahead days or weeks in advance and get on the priority seating list. It truly works. Thank you again. Cheers...

This is one of our early morning go to restaurants before work. Quick service and a delicious breakfast along with a lot of chit chat. I always choose the spinach crepes, they are tasty and I always have leftovers. All enjoy a breakfast here and never been disappointed.

Enjoyed Cinamon French Toast this morning. Prices are reasonable with quality service. Met a friend for breakfast who enjoyed his vege-omelet with some specific options to deal with his diet requirements. They aim to please here. I have also enjoyed lunch here. There's a decent parking lot attached south of the Metra Tracks!

Iâm in Chicago for a couple of days on work, and have mostly getting fast food delivered to my room given the current weather So this was a breath of fresh air, to get out, and hangout with some new friends. Itâs a cozy place, loved the ambience, not too noisy even thought it seemed like a full house (definitely get a reservation). The service by both our servers were good, they do menus for each day I think, and our menu for the day looked good, had a good mix of salads, soups and mains. I had the Salmon dish, it was really good. Despite the weather, I was also craving for some gelato, so had the Pistachio Gelato which was great as well. All in all a great experience for my first ever Chicago trip, and first outside the hotel dining during this trip :) Iâm very pleased. Our hosts paid for the food, but I think the food is not cheap :)

Wife and celebrated our anniversary at Ivy on a Saturday night. We ordered the baked brie for an appetizer. The brie was good but the jam on the toasted bread was overpowering. The jam should be on the side. My scallops over rice with balsamic glaze were very good but the rice was very mushy. The sauce was perfect. My wife had the salmon which was touch overdone and dry. For dessert, I order a scoop of the vanilla gelato which was perfect and a scoop of the chocolate gelato which was gritty. My wife confirmed the grittiness, not sure if they didn't dissolve all the cocoa powder. The service was awesome and the setting was great. They have a nice wine list by the bottle and the glass. We both left there with a "meh" feeling that the food was good but nothing great.

I occasionally meet a client at Brick House for a couple of drinks and a short meeting. There are tables along the back wall which offer privacy. The drinks are reasonable, we have yet had anything to eat from the Brink House. It's basically an up scale sports bar.
