They claim best ribs but the menu has so many other options from burgers, dogs, gyros, chicken, beef, ect.. there seems to be something for everyone. I chose the ribs, comes with French fries and garlic bread. The bread was chewy not crisp. The fries were good and plentiful. The ribs were cooked fall off the bone but, smothered so much in a tangy sweet BBQ sauce that you couldn't taste the meat. Taking off the sauce your left with average at best ribs. I'll opt for something else next time.Great location, plenty of tables, TV's to watch the game and friendly staff.

Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
We stopped in around 5pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was crowded but there was not a line and it didn't take long to get our food. The food was delicious. We had the chopped salad, and an Italian Beef sandwich.

This is a weird restaurant. The booth has a velvet backing. There are stuffed animals hanging from the ceiling that are for sale. The food is good but there was one server for 14 tables! The slowest service I've had in years. I had to go to the counter to order my dessert and ask the dessert girl to get my check.

The Pit Rib House has mastered the art of barbecue using the finest cuts of meat and then slow cooking them over an open wood pit. The result is a delicious, authentic wood-smoked flavor that guests have come to love. Our world famous ribs are fall-off-th
Stopped at The Pit Rib House for supper on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately-there were only 3 of us. The service was wonderful and the food was yummy! I had never been there before but my husband had with business clients. Our young son had a kids meal-chicken tender-and he loved them and for a kids meal-there were a lot of tender. The meal came with fries. He also loved their pink lemonade. My husband had the BBQ beef platter and I had the BBPork platter. It comes with two sides which you can choose from fries, coleslaw, baked potato, corn on the cob, or pasta salad. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious. There was a LOT of meat on the platter. I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side-otherwise they pour it all over the top and that's fine if you like a lot of sauce. There are antiques hanging on the walls which our 11 year old found to be interesting. We also took a sandwich to go for our son who was at work-Tex Mex Chicken sandwich. He said it was INCREDIBLE-so delicious. We will definitely visit again.

Stopped in for brunch before Chicago Fire soccer. Of course it was very busy but we only had a 15 minute wait (well worth it). Good food and good service at a fair price.

Famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza right in your neighborhood. Visit us for a family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food or order your meal online for pickup or delivery.
While I had heard about another restaurant in the area serving Chicago deep dish pizza, the hotel clerk recommended Giordanoâs instead. We are from the Northeast and are not accustomed to Chicago style. We ordered a medium deep dish Veggie. What came to us was pure heaven: cheese and sauce on top, veggies in the middle, crust below. It surely was a treat for us. Our server was kind and attentive.

A friend told me about this restaurant last week so we took a couple friends and checked it out this weekend. One word: Yum! OK more words: we'll be back! Can we say jalapeño muffins? Or strawberry mint lemonade? Or beef brisket that melts in your mouth? Is yours watering yet? Go go, go!
