Definitely recommend trying this restaurant. My husband and I had dinner here last night. Service was wonderful. They speak English if needed and are very friendly. Julie was very knowledgeable about wine and suggested pairings with the meal.I had roasted camembert with truffle oil - oh my gosh this was just the absolute best!! And traditional French snails - made to perfection, possibly the best we've had in France (and my husband orders them at almost every restaurant we go to, on every trip).I had the pumpkin risotto with scallops. I ordered the dish for the risotto, but typically have not liked scallops much. I tried one and I couldn't believe how tender they were! My husband also thought they were the best he has had. He had the duck cooked medium rare as suggested and it was delicious as well. For dessert I had the sorbet - highly recommend! Wish I could have another right now! My husband had the chocolate torte and that was also amazing. Rich and flavorful with the perfect amount of subtle sweetness. Don't miss this gem of a restaurant!

Tried the place after reading reviews. Good small restaurant with a nice fixed selection of food. Enjoyed a good three course meal and wine in a nice atmosphere with good service. Would definitely return.

This place would be a hit if it were in downtown Paris.Food is just delicious, from Portuguese tradition. Both seafood and meat. The service is impeccable and the ambience relaxed, professional and elegant.A very nice discovery just a few miles from downtown Paris. Definitely worth a visit!

I frequent Kremlin-Bicêtre as my lady lives here. We have more than a few favorites where we are regulars but weâve never tried Giallo Limone. Weâve walked by now and again, but mid afternoons and the place looks closed. She recently heard from neighbors how good it is so we tried. Tuesday evening in February is not a typically busy night at any of the restaurants we frequent so our experience might be atypical. We were the first to arrive at their stated opening time, 19:30 (I keep American time of appointment habits even in Europe; Iâd guess we could have been 20 or 30 minutes late). They have a good menu and a board of daily specials. The server spent plenty of time discussing the options and reviewing our choices. He said his English was rusty but I thought he did quite well. Our conversation was a melange of French, English & even a few words of my very rusty Italian. We chose the Antipasto Mixto, she chose the pistachio/pine nut pesto from the board and I chose the pasta with roasted veal & onions. For our wines, we let him choose, she had two different whites, I stayed with the same red. Prior to the arrival of the Antipasto he complimented us with a serving of a most delicious caponata since Iâd mentioned it while we were discussing choices. The two pasta dishes were Superb! The pesto was rich, flavor-full and perfection. My veal was even better, halfway through I realized that it was a dish my Mom used to make 50 years ago. It was my Proustian Madeleines moment. I enjoyed all of my dish and helped her finish hers too. Dessert is a must when trying a new restaurant so we forced ourselves to take one for the team. She had tiramisu and loved it & I chose the Meringue âmeringue gattaâ, not what Iâd expected but delicious none the less. Now we both really were stuffed. And quite pleased, too. Portions were more than ample. Service was excellent and food arrived as we expected. Iâd say each dish is cooked to order, so do not expect fast food. Weâve traveled extensively in Italy & Giallo Limone compares well with any meals Iâve had there.

One of those restaurants with both great food and warm and friendly service. Three of us had steaks with various sauces and one had the scallops. Every dish was well prepared and delicious. The owner gave us wine and, after dinner, some samples of rum on the house. Super friendly owner and chef. We felt at home on our first night in Paris. They told not to miss the Palais Garnier during our stay. We took his advice and so happy we did. Don't miss it!

This is the best place if you really need to figure this out. Eat as much meat as you can eat, divine meat, very fresh and tender, various parts of beef, well roasted in a brazilian fashion. A buffet also comes along, with entries and desserts, all included for a very very reasonnable price.

If you really want to eat good burgers, go to this place.Hands down the best burger I ever had in my life!We got to this place around noon, the place was packed but we were seated quickly. It has a nice French atmosphere, but not tourists-french.The menu is simple, with a nice burger selection at really good prices. All the burgers comes with small salad and fries. They are VERY generous with the toppings, and the mayonnaise sauce on the side is heaven! So if you want to eat the best burger in the world (yes, world!) go there, you will not regret it! The staff was really friendly, and if you don't speak french they have an english menu :)I would definitely go there again! I'm really happy we've found this place.

Local french restaurant. Very friendly staff, very nice atmosphere. If I happen to land in Vitry-sur-Seine again, I would eat again there with no hesitation.

We were recommended to this restaurant and it certainly didn't disappoint. The first impression is that the staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable and speak English. The menu is compact but changes monthly and they are willing to adapt to particular individual requirements which was a great help for us. We spend a lovely evening there and would most certainly go out of our way to return.

The restaurant is fairly new, in a building across from the Marie de Villejuif; in nice weather they have what would be a very sunny terrace. We were there for dinner, in January, so the terrace was NOT on our agenda. The party was four people, three adults and a well traveled 12 year old. I ordered the scallops wrapped in parma-ham as my starter, they were deicious and perfectly cooked, just done through, but still with the texture of uncooked in the center. My companion ordered house prepared Salmon Gravlax, I tasted it and it was also quite good. I ordered the faux fillet special (looked and tasted to me like an excellent NY Strip) served with potatoes and a nice salad of mixed greens. The other two adults ordered Fillet du Bar (we think it is Sea Bass) and again it was excellent. The youngest ordered Riosotto de Truffle and wasn't too happy with her choice (it was the 1st time she'd ordered Risotto, I tried a good taste of it and it was good too). We enjoyed a bottle of Cote du Rhone and desserts (all prepared to order). Service was good, food was very good to excellent and the atmosphere stylishly modern. I would recommend the restaurant, it is not far from the line 7 stop for Marie de Villjuif.
