this is the second time we have dined at La Table dEmile . It has always served superb innovative cuisine . Most recently we were treated to the 50 euro menu which was really a tour de force of what the kitchen could do. I chose fish based selections but my partner went for the meat and both were samples of how good food can be. Very original but thoughtful food. A must experience if you are in Marsellian Very reasonably priced for food and the experience. The chef was kind enough to explain one of his sauces to us when we asked him for details. Very special experience.

Small, dark, intimate, and incredible. Itâs almost like eating in someoneâs living room. The menu is written on a blackboard and the tables are close together but the food, service, and ambience are 5 star in every way. The owner sat with us and explained each entree. His recommendations were spot on but that could have been because everything was amazing. After dinner, he brought over a bottle of Rum to share. This place is a real hometown gem in the middle of Paris. Definitely worth the wait for a table.

La CaVe offers you a lunch or a dinner on its perched terrace in the trees. An usual location where it's synonymous with good living ! You will be received by a passionate and expert team who will suggest you the best food & wine paring. The shop is open
We were taken here by my cousin who is Parisien and has his office in this neighbourhood. This is a wine merchant turned restaurateur. The food was perfectly prepared. My wife had fish with strips of vegetables cut like tagliatelle, I had a steak. Both were exactly correct. With hers there was a mousse aux courgettes that was light and luscious. With my steak were potatoes. Potatoes can be prepared many ways, and these were roasted in a light cream sauce. The wine that accompanied the meal was perfect.

Reservation here is essential. This is a tiny restaurant, clearly always full. You are welcomed on arrival and the service throughout is attentive and when necessary informative. The menu contains lots of fish and seafood, though there's enough to keep the meat eaters interested. Everything we had was delicious, but the best was the langoustines.

Wife researched this place before our trip, decided to go in the evening and took the metro from our Hotel In Montparnasse area (took 40 mins) but was well worth the visit. Very nice lady serving, chatty and helpful and friendly which made a difference. We enjoyed savoury and sweet crepes together with beer and cocktails.Recommend as itâs different and tasty!

Our party of 4 (including 1 child) had dinner here on a Friday evening. From around 8 pm both floors were full, mostly with locals, including a few families. The upstairs floor is cosy, with fireplace. Good decoration (traditional bistrot style), friendly atmosphere, the service was fine. The cuisine is high quality-brasserie type, which explains the prices (owner Pascal trained with some of the great chefs). We recommend the escargots, cream soup au potiron, sole meuniere and tete de veau (great!), plus creme brulee a la vanille and baba-au-rhum for desserts. Good wine recommendation(we had the Riesling). The restaurant is not far outside the peripherique and easy to access from east/central paris by taxi. Be sure to reserve in advance.Thank you for your visit. It was a pleasure to receive you.

The restaurant has a lovely setting! As well inside as outside. Because the weather allowed, we had lunch outside. Superb terrine of duck. Very nice lobster and lovely dish with bellota ham. For main course duck tournedos. Perfect! As well as the wine list. Service was good. Friendly staff. No tourists, besides us... Enjoyed the place and the lunch!
