Coming on the recommendation of friends, my son and I dropped in on a Friday evening without reservations. With a couple of anxious looks between waitresses, we were quickly seated - and made to feel at home. The menu is classic Neopolitan, the wine list stocked with appropriate wines, and the waitstaff friendly and attentive. My son chose carbonara and I enjoyed fusilli con polpette. The pasta was al dente, the pasta not swimming in marinara, and the meatballs perfectly done. Desert was cannoli for each of us. Trattoria Vincenzo is an authentic "local joint" and hits the mark perfectly. Go!

Great People! Great Food! Great Beer!
I ordered my standard pizza that I always order: deep pan, ground beef, black olives and mushrooms--no extra cheese. Locals told me this was the best place in town. Sorry, I can't see it. The pie was awful, the worst I've ever had. Locals must have weird taste. Pizza Hut always makes an excellent version of the above. Stick with Pizza Hut or whatever place you like.Dear Scott, Thank you for trusting us with your feedback. We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback and would be interested in talking with you directly about your experience. We LOVE flatbread..but this is the third time in a row, that the caesar salad was horrible. One time, the salad had been made so far in advance, the salad was gooey. i work in the business, and KNOW..so we order the dressing on the side, making the server see the salad...Last two times, the salad was brown, and the dressing on the side. on Wednesday...the pizza was sooooo good, the cocktails, amazing and the waiter..wonderful. Then we get to the salad..with the dressing on the side. BROWN...all over, i picked it out, but then realized the croutons were missing. Asking the cook, with the Man Bun, (nice guy, but look at the lettuce, not much to ask) said, "oh, i forgot the croutons.."..yep...so we tried to pick our way thru, but too much was brown, and there was a HUGE piece that hadn't been cut all the way thru, and it was gooey..i will still go there, but PLEASE, could we have a caesar that is not brown, or made an hour ago. Have no idea how to try and get one now. Please, manager, answer this and let me know. otherwise, we love this place.Charley - Absolutely unacceptable and I've passed your note on to our Kitchen Manager, General Manager and our Director of Operations. Thank you for the love and rest assured we will address your concerns. We are embarrassed. If you could, please reach out with your email to [email protected]. We'll reply and make it right. Thanks for the note, and our sincere apologies.

We ordered carryout from here on a Sunday night. It was a large order but everything was done perfectly and the customer service was top notch. The food was very good overall and I would return here without hesitation.

Myself and a few friends went for lunch and wanted something cosy and casual ! The front door was the perfect destination! We had brilliant service from a young gentleman called Alan who offered some great suggestions from the menu and looked after all of our needs! Brilliant spot! Will most definitely be back.

I have eaten in this establishment for as long as we have lived in Boise, well less 10 months. A beer and 2 slices has always been my attraction. I believe every Boisean needs to try this place first, before any other pizza joint! Of course I have always liked thinner crust pies for all my life. So if you like pizza try Guido`s! You will be pleased you did.
