The staff are pleasant and there is an all you can eat option. Price is reasonable. However the ingredients are so-so and the oils and sauces are watered down. It made for uninspired dining which is a shame because Mongolian grills can be very good. After a long day, I wanted to like this but I came away disappointed.

Just lunched at Syringa's new location, formerly the Bistro at Spruce. Lots more room, wonderful menu and a bar. We all ordered Bento boxes--filets of salmon, or the Syringa, which comes with Nigiri. Prices were reasonable for fresh seafood ($14 -18). Can't wait to return. Service excellent as well.

This restaurant reminds me of fast food Japanese cuisine. I would not come here for dinner but for a quick lunch it is always good. You order and pay when you come in and then the food is brought to your table. The chicken teriyaki bowl is my favorite.

I don't understand why Paupau's has so many outstanding and good ratings. I considered a one star rating, but thought it too severe. I have tried Paupau's twice and been terribly disappointed both times. I won't be back again. The place is not going to get any more of my money. No matter what is ordered the entree is overloaded with onions and green peppers and very little meat. I get it; onions and green peppers are cheap compared to meat. But it doesn't make for a very satisfying dining experience. I left a big pile of onions on my plate - after eating a whole bunch of them. The sauces are insipid. They just don't have much good taste. There is a much better Chinese place in Post Falls.

We took our son and his family out to eat. When he mentioned Tomato Street they boys eye lit up and they mentioned their favorite meal. The girls looked to their Mom and she reminded them what they could order there. I knew we were knocking it out of the ball field...it was one of their favorites. We will do it again.Thank you for taking the time to write. Sounds like your grandchildren will be future patrons. I'm happy that my employees efforts with food quality and service are being appreciated.
