A great breakfast, but they need more than one waitress at busy times. I kept waiting for the waitress to check back or offer a second cup of coffee. Finally I asked her, but it was an additional 15 minutes when it arrived. Food is great. I enjoyed the French toast breakfast made with their own bread. The ham is big thick slices of country ham. I will stop here again next time through the area! Thanks for coming in. We appreciate you telling us about the problem.

The service was friendly and attentive. The portions are very large with ample sides. I had the rib eye steak, which came with salad, soup, a large dinner roll, green beans and mashed potatoes. The steak was not super tender, but was flavorful and cooked medium rare as requested. There was some gristle along one side of the steak. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak, which came with the same accompaniments.
Restaurant is few buildings after Hwy 30 turns into Broadway. The owner is Menonite and makes the best pies in Idaho.
A cute little local cafe with a really cute set up of different tables and chairs - kind of like repainted flea market finds. The littles ladies in the back are wearing cute aprons and have happy personalities. They make pot pies and friut pies of all kinds. you can get a slice or a whole pie!
We like to take friends and family here for a special treat. The food is very good (though you must make a reservation and pre-order), and the view is beautiful. None of our guests has ever complained about it!
