Reviews on Steakhouse food in Lewiston, Idaho, United States. A city steeped in history, Lewiston traces its beginnings to the Lewis and Clark Expedition. In 1805, the famed explorer team came to the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake rivers, now the site of twin cities Lewiston, Idaho, and Clarkston, Washington. Pick any weekend of the year for your stay: Lewiston has a uniquely dry, temperate climate, ideal for year-round recreational activities. Whitewater rafting, kayaking, swimming, fishing, tubing, canoeing and jet boating opportunities are plentiful - and that's only the water sports. Landlubbers can golf, camp, hike, jog and bicycle. For the truly adventurous, a trip to Hells Canyon, the deepest canyon in North America, is a must. Those who venture into the gorge, via raft or jet boat, will discover 2,500-year-old Native American carvings on the canyon walls. Try your hand at indoor risk with a visit to the Clearwater River Casino. Whether braving the rapids or browsing through pioneer artifacts in the city's museums, you're sure to get a taste of the indomitable spirit of the early American settlers.

I went to Season's for a work related dinner, and I was very impressed. The wine was local and hit my tongue just right. The Lettuce Wedge was great. Steak was perfect and cooked to exact specifications. Desert was fantastic, and I think I lost a couple of buttons of my pants as a result. I will definitely be back!

I have tried this place twice. It seems to be very popular. I couldnât tell you why. Both times in my wife and I both had to send our steaks back due to under cooking. What else can I say. The fresh baked bread and raspberry butter were the only thing that was truly great. If a steakhouse canât prepare a steak and cook it properly then what is the point. 4 steaks ordered. Four steaks not cooked right and a couple were so tough that that it was like chewing a piece of leather. The owners need to take a trip to Boise and go to Lock Stock and Barrel and see what a tender properly seasoned steak cooked to perfection is really like it

It was our first visit to Meriwetherâs and thought it was a typical hotel restaurant and had marginal expectations...Service was very friendly, attentive server and helpful in describing the dishes to us.The menu was fairly broad....and we had no problems finding something appealing.I chose the beef stroganoff and my wife had the baked cod....both came with the salad bar.The salad bar was not very comprehensive but the ingredients were fresh and tastyThe cod was good, according to the wifeThe stroganoff was âoddâ, couldnât put my finger in exactly what the background taste was...but it bordered on âunpleasantâ....very hard to describe but I know I wonât order it again.I think it was something in the gravy as when I got mostly meat and noodle it was not as pronounced.

I had an enjoyable dinner, and returned a couple days later for breakfast. The food is great, service friendly, and portions large. While the omelets are quite expensive on the regular menu, the same meal on the senior menu is quite reasonable with the 40% discount . Food has a home cooked rather than restaurant quality, and is served by friendly waitresses.
