May2017. Numata is a small farming village at the foot of Mount Tsukuba. Matsuya Seimenjo is a small shop that sells handmade noodles. They sell the uncooked noodles for you to take away. They also sell cooked noodles for you to eat at the shop. I did not buy the uncooked noodles but I ate their cooked noodles in the shop several times. I tried their chashu ramen. It was pretty good. I also tried their ramen which is cooked in hot soup and then ice cubes are added. Quite unique. You can see my attached photos. They also have other ramen options that I did not try. (Numata,Tsukuba,Ibaraki)
