Huntington sits on the mid-section of the scenic Ohio River at the point where West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky meet. Founder Collis P. Huntington was the builder and owner of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway. West Virginia’s second-largest city and the home of Marshall University, Huntington promises a variety of attractions: a downtown area with shopping, entertainment and a town square with a nostalgic nod to the city's railroad past. Year-round, festivals and special events take place downtown and in Pullman Square, the Civic Arena and the Keith-Albee Theater.

Service and employees were decent. Got a table quickly (ten minutes) on a Friday night. Food was very so-so. Pricy for what it is. Very loud inside. table was wobbly Probably a decent place for a beer but this is the second time I’ve had the food and I haven’t been impressed... at all.

This place has myriads of fresh seafood - order and eat there or carry out fresh. All of our food was delish. The place was packed on Saturday afternoon. The only negative I’d say is that the slaw and potato salad weren’t cold and the seafood was just warm. Maybe due to the busy-ness of the afternoon. Will return.

Much is said about Fat Party burgers. My opinion, they are ok, nothing special. They are better thAn fast food burgers, but otherwise, just OK. Service and atmosphere is good, menu is good and I will go back.

A throwback to the 1950s, a carhop takes your order and serves your meal on the window of your vehicle. A very excellent tasting root beer. No, it's not a five star restaurant but as much fun as you can have with cheap eats. Finding places like this is what makes a road trip fun! Wish I lived closer just to get another mug of root beer!

We went on Veteran's day. They do not offer veterans a free meal. My husband & nephew are both veterans. My pickled beets were more sweet than pickled. The spaghetti sauce was very sweet, & the coleslaw was also very sweet. We all had the haddock which was fried & although a good size portion was not terribly flavorful. They haven't changed anything since the 50's, maybe its time they did.

Casual Bistro by day, upscale fine dining by night, Le Bistro brings big-city atmosphere to Huntington. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect of our guests dining experience! Our lunches and brunches are for the casual diner; by night, we dress it up. Whether you want a delicious, yet inexpensive lunch/brunch, or a fine-dining dinner experience that is sure to impress, we have just what you want. Cheers!
Normally 2 people don't need 4 tapas but that's what we ordered because it was a special birthday meal and we wanted to try several dishes. It was a delicious assortment of tapas (they were LARGE appetizer sized not like small plate Spanish tapas). Each dish had it's own distinct flavor and appearance; we had the Bacon Date Tart, Adult Fries, Jalapeno Corn Cakes and the Stuffed Poblano Peppers. The Corn Cakes were edgy hot and too hot for my daughter but not for me. We had enough to take home for a light dinner. The waitress was friendly quick and attentive but not hovering. She earned her over tip. The eclectic chairs and cozy table settings give this place a unique home-like feeling. This is not a quick-in-quick-out sort of place so plan to take your time to savor each bite.

This restaurant is a gem. It is also very celiac-friendly. The staff is so accommodating--they 100% work with their diners to ensure their meal is prepared as requested--including adding or deleting items from dishes. As a person with celiac disease (I can't eat wheat.), they bend over backwards to ensure my dishes are as allergy free as they'd can make it. Plus, they make EVERYTHING--their own pasta, pizza crust, bread, sauces, & try hard to use local sources of food. Absolutely can't say enough about this place!

Sever was very friendly and helpful. Sampled a local beer flight which was great. Pizza and fish fries were brought out hot and ready to eat. Definitely recommend this place.

A very good German restaurant in West Virginia...the place is very clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food is extremely good and the pretzel was awesome. Their fried pickles are dill spears and that really makes the difference as I love the dill pickle and the fried and not losing the dill and juiciness of the pickle. Beer menu was above average and had some great beers imported from Germany. You will not be disappointed by this restaurant.
