Wuhan (simplified Chinese: 武汉; traditional Chinese: 武漢; pinyin: Wǔhàn; [ù.xân] ( listen)) is the capital of Hubei province, People's Republic of China, and is the most populous city in Central China. It lies in the eastern Jianghan Plain on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River at the intersection of the Yangtze and Han rivers. Arising out of the conglomeration of three cities, Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang, Wuhan is known as 'China's Thoroughfare' (zh); it is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways, roads and expressways passing through the city and connecting to other major cities. Because of its key role in domestic transportation, Wuhan is sometimes referred to as "the Chicago of China" by foreign sources.

Located in the Xintiandi of Wuhan, this little spot has excellent food, cooked fresh and fast. We came here because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. The seating area is outside, in a nice area surrounded by shops and coffee houses, etc.The food is simple and great. Looking forward to eating here again soon.Thank you for your review and support. We strive to do better and upkeep our standard of bringing healthier and freshly made to order food to this market. We look forward to seeing you again!Best,CHARM
Went for lunch. We were fortunate to get a table on the 5th floor of this wedding convention center that is located across the Wuhan museum. From here we were able to see the majestic view of the museum n the art museum. After lunch we just use the underpass to go across to the museum. Authentic Hubei cuisine using local fish and vegetables. The lotus in the pork rib lotus soup were powdery n sweet. The Bian Yu , local fish from the lake was very fresh. The flesh was smooth n tender though we had to battle the numerous tiny bones to thoroughly enjoy this dish. Service standard above average considering lunch hour rush.

Tip- this place is always busy so try to go during off peak times.I've had lunch and dinner here several times. This is a great spot for westerners to be adventurous exploring Chinese cuisine. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous and everything I've tried on the menue is very good. Central Chinese locsl dishes can be off-putting for westerners where the liberal use of yellow oil, mystery meats and numbing spice doesn't translate to "comfort food" for many of us but Grandma's serves excellent cuisine with origins from all over China. We usually go with friends and all order different dishes to share family style. This place is definitely a must do!

Located on the ground floor and overlooking the courtyard, SoHO! Is a casual all day dining restaurant offering a gastronomic range of flavours from around the world. During the summer months the outdoor terrace provides a warm and relaxing dining venue.
Nice to see a hotel buffet that blends local favorites with international favorites. The hand pulled noodles and grills are very good. House made pâtés and ice creams, and the desserts are excellent.
Traditional Chinese Restaurant serving excellent Cantonese cuisine and a full range of Hubei provincial dishes. The restaurant has several river view private rooms with wonderful Yangtze River view.

Wow! At first, I couldn't believe that it was so expensive to dine there! It's around 100+ yuan for just one fabulous dish, if there are 6 people, good luck having enough money to spare because it will be around 500-1000 rmb!! Just for some fancy cheap food, that's not worth it at all! At any case, I did enjoy the panoramic view about the city skyline...don't like diggers though because they might dress beautiful and nice, deep down inside is not someone who you'll like.
YUE Chinese Restaurant is cozy venue featuring table and private seating serving elaborate a la carte, delectable sets and seasonal specialties. The menu includes exquisite and seasonal specialties. The menu includes exquisite and fashionable Cantonese cu
This restaurant is on the third floor of the Intercontinental Hotel. Some tables overlook the river. It's very quiet and plush. It was extremely quiet on a Saturday night. I expect it's busy only when there is an event in the Expo. Nonetheless, service was a little slow, especially for wine, which appears to need fetching from the catacombs. If you've ever eaten anything at a local restaurant in China, you will recognize all the dishes: no fusion, no chef's specialties, just Chinese food. It's a nice touch that they point out the local dishes. I suspect they will bring you a knife and fork if you ask.Pluses: Ambiance, view.Average: Food. It was actually quite good, but that's normal for the basic local dishes you find here. Nothing fancy.Minuses: Service a bit slow. Had to ask for the minimal wine list, no bar. I got a glass of water without asking, but it was above room temperature and tasted off, so I didn't drink more than a sip.å°æ¬ç宾客æ¨å¥½ï¼æè°¢æ¨å¯¹é åºç认å¯ï¼åæ¶ä¹æè°¢æ¨å¯¹æ们é åºæ¦éä¸é¤å ååºå¦æ¤ç»å¿çè¯ä»·ï¼å¾é«å ´å¾ç¥æ¨å¨æ们é¤å è·å¾äºæ»¡æçç¨é¤ä½éª.æ们ä¼ç»§ç»ä¿ææä¸ä¸çæå¡æ度ï¼åäºä¸ºå¤§å®¶å¥ä¸æ»¡æçå¯å£ç¾é£ï¼è°¢è°¢ï¼

We had lunch in this popular hotel dining room. Unfortunatley Cucumber Juice was unavailable. There are no cucumbers in the hotel? Surely not? Nice touch, european draft beer, Veddett...Yum! Oh....but the server needs to be prompted 4 times to bring it, and I`m half way through my meal by the time I recieve it.Wonton Soup arrived as the last of our dishes, which I found a little odd. To add to that, it was just ok. From the BBQ selection Salted Chicken arrived quite raw. Rather than admit the flaw, we were told that this is how it is served in Cantonese cuisine.Best of the bunch was a Lamb, Ginger and Green onion stir fry dish. The fried Rice was quite bland.
