Large freshly cooked Sunday lunch £13.95 (smaller available at £11.99) - choice of lamb, chicken (came bacon wrapped) and beef with super fresh wide range of vegetables and yorkshire. Surprisingly quiet as quality better than at the Crown for example which is always super busy. Had extra cauliflower cheese which is nice. Small garden at back or terrace at front - large projection TV for sports events. Good range of wines by glass or bottle. One small complaint- they donât sell sparkling water! Friendly service.

All the food we saw was high quality and had a fresh appearance - indeed was freshly prepared. Makes a big difference when a apple is sliced - as with the Lincolnshire Poacher cheese and pickle Ok for £8.50. cappuccino for £3.95 is very affordable and a pot of Countess Grey tea for £5.95 also no to bad. Oysters are £3 each. The prices really ratchet up though if you have a taste for caviar - like up to £800 for 100g. of the most expensive variety. Definitely a pleasant place to chill and enjoy.
